Home warranties are fraud in total! I’m not trying to be a Debbie Downer, but I have seen so many homeowners who have been burned by these groups. The best ones are bad, and it’s sad how much they steal from homeowners. It’s definitely a problem with the entire system, it’s literally just a bad plan, let’s take a slice of the homeowners money pay our people to seem like they’re solving problems and then we legalieas our way out of doing anything. Weather it’s a real problem or not they will dodge everything that they can. It’s backwards too. Do you ever buy contract based work without reading the contract???? That’s how they get away with it!!!! They sell a contract that doesn’t exist on the customer’s side until it’s too late ⏰ Are you in Ottawa ?
We have the web and it's a great tool but seems lots of scammers are using it with impunity. It's like a double edged sword.-
