    I think what will drive switching to electric trucks or vans isn't concern for the environment or anything like that, but the fact that it's so much cheaper to operate. Compare the F-150 Lightning to a regular V8 truck and it's almost 5 times cheaper to fuel the EV. It'll pay off the extra cost of buying electric in a year or two and the rest of the time you'll be saving thousands of dollars each year

    We are building our house ourselves .. .. okay 99% my husband. Lol. The house is 1850sf main + 450sf upper. Open concept in center w/large open catwalk/loft to bedrooms opposite each other.
    We got a quote 2 months ago from a local company here as follows:
    * 5t Temp Star 14SEER Heat Pump
    * 5 t Gee Air Handler
    * Metal Main trunkline
    * Flex Ductwork (main floor only we would have to upper level 🙄🤔 … seriously)
    We would run power to unit.
    $22,430. 😳

    You must follow the agenda of the World Economic Form, they are the group forcing all these changes . … welcome to the coming New World Order. Many large corporations are partners/supporters of the WEF…. key here is this is World not just USA.
    If I recall their agenda is 80% of population to be all electric by 2025 (that is right around the corner) and 100% by 2030. Not sure why it would take another 5 years for the last 20% …. probably the big corporations get a break. They are a very radical organization changing the ways of the world. Not just on energy mind you but everything and yes including food we will be subject to eat once all the farms are wiped out.

    I'm out of that racket but we may get large conglomerates buying out HVACR companies right and left!

    What's going to hurt the HVAC business most lies at the consumer end. The high-cost of gas and the rapidly rising cost of food and housing means people will have less money to spend on heating and cooling. They will get by with what they have or if they must replace something, they will make do with less.

    I agree
