One quick way I've found to tell if a system that has a flooded condenser head pressure valve, is you can hear the TXV hissing like crazy, because it's just hot gas going through it and it's wipe open, starving for gas. Once you know what to listen for, you'll be able to hear it very fast, sounds like an ice machine on harvest. Or if it's only a little low on charge, you'll hear a gurgling noise from the TXV(s). Normally should be just a quiet steady hiss, that's a clear sight glass.
I have that same orange handled wrench from Home Depot.
That roof needs a very thorough deep clean.

Hated those drawers. It’s pretty bad when the service company cares more than the customer. Even after you fix it they’re still gonna be upset because of the inconvenience. You can’t win.
My son-in-law owns a high-end restaurant in LWR, Florida and he would literally lose his mind if anything even next door to his restaurant was that filthy. They hire a third-party company to come in every single night and sterilize and clean. In addition, they have a monthly agreement with their HVAC company to filter change and maintain as needed.
Whoa, that's nasty. On some restaurants the name should be in the video. Or at least report that to the authorities. That's so disgusting, no one should eat in such restaurants without knowing how your food has been handled. That's exactly the reason why you're forced to stick to the can for an hour or two after having a nice dinner at some locations. These are YOUR abdominal cramps… not theirs unfortunately.
