And then to clean a case sounds excited. We're gon na fill this up with water and warm water here under the mop sink, which is a great way to do it for deep roasting. Anyway, I get some extra water or my seat cleaner. Just so I have some make sure to work with that's the oil jet.
I pulled all the so the fans look like we pulled those all out. You know all this cleaned out nice and pretty nice and sanitized down the infrared, the ringer empty water bottle. So I'm using my spray bottle, though, with water. That's one thing about grocery stores is we're here when they're closed and the button getting in and out to the truck so bring everything that you we're.
Gon na use the steam cleaner to help sanitize and get dunk off, there's enough water to really get all the gunk out. It's a green window cases it's sort of a nice combo and Steve as well as he did them out water, especially nowadays, where the idea of running the pose across the floor of the store is just not. He wants to see anymore, so we've got the speed clean theme cleaner. Here.
It's actually sitting you're building up pressure right now, once it builds up pressure, we're gon na use it to clean this evaporator coil and inside this case, it's nice because it sanitizes its high temperature. I'm you're not gon na get near the water flow that you get with coil jet, but in cases where you don't want a lot of water because it's dry steam that comes in really handy, so you don't make as much of a mess, but it also sanitize This with the high temperature, I'm gon na try to clean, underneath this coil with the scene and then sanitize the coil itself, so nice. So the nice thing about this that that steam is very dry. It's a very small amount of water.
So if you were working in a restaurant application somewhere that you couldn't make a big water mass, this would be a really good way to go. Those really have pressures that be surprised if it doesn't really, it doesn't force a lot of water all right, so we got a good amount of the sludge out. We're gon na lay down so cleaner and kind of, let it dwell nice, safe, cleaner and then we're going to rinse it all out again, hopefully get it nice and clean. So this is a big factor whenever you're cleaning in a food area.
So if anytime there's a food anywhere around, you want to make sure that you use a cleaner that is safe for food processing area is specifically designed for the evap plus has no harsh chemicals doesn't have any scary warnings on it. There are no no special signal. Words or pictograms required because it's not hazardous, it's an enzyme based cleaner and it's gon na do a nice job of sanitizing this case, so we're gon na look at the mix rate on this cleaner see here nice is there. Dilution ratio plus turns from zero hit.
The button in the front of it so full is four turns from one and all the way up, because we're using a sanitizer that it's supposed to be pretty much full strength or a very strong application and then we'll dial it back down and already clean. Again. Always make sure to keep the dreams clear, especially when you are cleaning up something like this, that is your big risk is talking the drains. We got all the sludge out of it. I mean it's still not gon na win any beauty competitions, but it is nice and clean. It's well sanitized we're about ready to start putting her back together and making sure the shelves and everything are nice and clean once we get it back together, you get her and all her fans in here we're gon na make sure that's all nice and clean, but About ready to wrap her up, so this is Viper pan and drain treatments. Interesting application, for this is inside of a refrigeration case, we're going to we've already gone through and clean this out. They may not look pretty, but it was a lot more sludgy.
If you look at this, one here result full of water and sludge, so now we're gon na spray it down with the Viper pan and drain treatment, which is enzyme base and will hopefully help keep the sludge out of there prevent drain backups and overall, be a Good solution, it's nice and safe and it's not gon na cause any issues with the product, which is the main thing, so it outperforms pant abs and it's also gon na as a like. A silicone detergent in it. So it'll actually has gone to that base. Metal and I like font like Bhagavan, but hold it hold its place either way it doesn't.
You can actually spray the bottom row of foil with it to kind of helps to sanitize that maybe need some more bottle for this stuff.
WOW Bryan orr another great video you clean the refrigerador with stems
Doesnt steaming pressurised system with refrigerant can cause increase in system pressure and danger of refrigerant venting at safety pressure valve? Are you in Kanata ?
Looks like it does a good job
Nice service. Been using steam cleaning a while now. Service area Ottawa??
That speed jet steamer looks nicer than my car
That speed clean thing looks like it works good. ( orange pressure washer )
Good vid. Looks like the Drain Pan in that case is time to replaced or at a minimum coat the pan with cooler coat.
I hope bert broke into the deli and made himself a pubsub
Nice work. You're knowledgable. I'd get a pump sprayer for spraying the last stuff, its easier.
at least you didn't have to unload it at 3AM …
