Hey guys, Josh with Griffin air at the River cowork space again, and I wanted to do a quick video about the storage units that are available right behind the River cowork space. So this isn't something that we're offering. You know I get no profit. If you rent one of these buildings back here or one of these storage units, I'm going to kind of walk out here in just a second show them to you, but they're, just an extra amenity.

You know if you, if you rent an office with us or our work station with us very inexpensive and for not much more, you can have a full service business. You get your deliveries out here at your storage unit. Have your office in here with us and it's just a really cool feature. I gots amenity, if you want to call it that so I'm gon na step out here, so you can kind of see them currently in the kitchen here in the river co workspace and coming out here, you'll see the parking area and then this back here is The storage units that I was telling you about so you should be able to see that and they're pretty inexpensive 10 by 20 units.

So you know they're just certain. This is an entity that you can check out. If you want to rent an office with us, you can have a storage unit back there for your, you know. Whatever it is, you need to storage, you know you can get deliveries there.

There they're open, you know, and all that so anyway, pretty cool. If you want to rent an office a workstation from us, we have multiple plans, just check out a rip, a river cowork comm website and that kind of goes through the different packages. But we still have offices available. We still have workstations available.
