Hey guys, Joshua Griffin, Earhart field Virginia serving the middle Peninsula and the Northern Neck, and I want to do a quick video because I just talked to a customer about you know what they've been hearing about. You know heating and air brands from other contractors, and I just wanted to a quick. You know rant if you will, because just because somebody says that their brand is better, you know the brain that they're trying to sell, you is better, doesn't make it so I've always been careful about bashing brands. We service all brands and I got to get parts for all brands, but you know if somebody's uh, you know trying to sell you that Ford Pinto, just because they say it's better than the Mercedes doesn't make it.
So you know, I'm not gon na go into all the reasons why we sell what we sell on this video. I've done other videos, but you know you know these guys telling customers, you know well, that brand is horrible and our brand is the best. You know why you know tell give me ten reasons why I can give you ten reasons why we sell what we sell, and you know it's just it's. It's frustrating talking to customers who are misinformed about that and you know there's a reason why we sell what we sell and you know I'm not one to if you have a brand that you've had a good experience with I'm not going to say to you hey, You know drive my Ford when you're happy with your Chevrolet.
You know if you're happy with that, you know we'd love to earn your business I'll sell you. You know the brand that you want to you want. You know that you want to drive if you will so it's just uh you I talked to a customer and they said well. I got a better brand at a better price and I said well a better brand.
You know the brands that we sell have been ranked number one by Consumer Reports. They also come with a 10-year parts and labor warranty. So why is your brand better? Why is the brand you went with better? Well, they told me it was better. Well, they told you wrong so anyway, if you have any questions, if you want to know why the brands that we sell are the best we'd love to earn your business, give us a call eight.

Don't buy a Heil. I've had mine 7 years and it's been worked on 3 times. Over 1000 in labor cost. Buyers beware.

What u selling ?
I'm taking a chance with a company in my area with a Tempstar 14 seer single stage compressor split unit in a mobile home electric heat inside they have been in business since 1983 out of all the contractors I have talked to they seem to be straight with their answers and my unit now is still working it is a coleman 28 years old it's been good but the company hasn't said their unit is the best wish you were in South Carolina.
Our Trane Heat pump compressor died after 11 years. We live in western NC. Now have to replace inside and out unit, coz old one is R22. I can't find any OBJECTIVE opinions that don't have something to gain from their recommendations. I can't afford to buy a new system every 10 to 12 years at $6000 plus!! This is a damned racket! Most of them have the same Copeland compressors. Trane makes their own, but they're crap too. I have no idea what to get now. HELP! What would you recommend for a 3 ton residential unit?
Don't buy Trane, everything else is the same.

Thanks for your honesty. May I ask a question? I have read that Mitsubishi and Trane/American Standard now have a joint venture to produce and sell Ductless systems. Are the ductless systems from American Standard/Trane/Mitsubishi now the same just relabeled or do the models have differences? I am in New Orleans and enjoy your videos as I learn more about HVAC systems and contractors. Service area Barrhaven??
