Working on a reaching cooler today and uh, that looks yummy huh? Look at that. Oh, that's nice and crusty. that'll make a good gravy. But this is a double coil system with one temperature controller right here.
The temp control is a coil sensing control. Notice how that side doesn't have any ice on it, but this side does I bet you. What's happening here is that the power head has failed on this one. The temperature controller is still calling for cooling, but it's never satisfying and this one's still working because it's controlled off of the refrigerant pressure from this coil.
So this one right here is trying to do the entire workload for the entire six drawer.

If you think that's gross try working on purely medical and laboratory like I do. Cryostats have some of the tastiest tumor jerky you'll ever find along with tumor soup in the bottom pan.
Working in restaurants will make you change where you eat. 😂 Do a lot of the chain restaurants. At least here in my area, Cheesecake Factory has been the cleanest. Needless to say me and my family eat there a lot. Are you in Barrhaven ?

I was working on one the other day with lots of bits and bites. Not as crusty as the one in the video though. Its wierd but I kind of like that smell of the inside of a fridge. It will stay on your hands all day haha. I've never come across one with a double coil arrangement like that before.
As someone who does residential service, i would've guessed the left side is the problem. This is why AC techs dont do refrigeration 😅
Sometimes you just gotta burn the restaurant to the ground 🤮
