All right, so we are here replacing an evaporator coil got the old one out sitting right there, a new lead operator pulls from Linux. I'm going to open this up real, quick here and pop that open and all my kits all my gosh. Another dead cables employee seriously, when it's completely do this hey just headed out today, it's funny I'm headed out to the women, an HVAC our conference. I don't have time to make it a technical video, so I figured instead of me making a technical video.

I will take small clips from all of our staff at kalos to show a day in an air conditioning company, specifically painless. Of course. Let's go, we have our inside units here this one's going up. Next, we got this one already up and in nice tight fit.

These things are fun. Have our D humidistat gets wired in right there from the module? The tire is getting a filter, rack ready for tomorrow's install. We got Burke's here new apprentice here, Kirby. It's not a real name but he'd like to scar, be better.

You don't don't know why? What do you like, Kirby, better? That's my last name blowers, not running. You got ta get in the Attic. Remember the rules about the Attic, don't fall through the customers. See.

That's right, I'm one rule here we go 130 degrees. Here we come. I wish you up to the house and there's a blank thermostat. What's the first thing, you're gon na check.

First I'll check is switch. Okay, all right, so we show up to the house. I mean outside units not fronting, but the inside is first a credit check. First long trip to disconnect makers, internal bastard, okay, this guy's ready the Kirby and I are replacing a motor infiniti motor that was 13 years old.

These motors aren't cheap one of the how'd. The customer feel about this great about it up here, replacing a blower motor whew just about got it finished, so we got here, 130 mm fun stuff and an attic we're putting in a 2 zone ductless cassette with this bad mama-jama right here we have ryan doing A disconnect with a module on it for the dehumidify and we have a ICM right there, so I'm here at John Stone in downtown Tampa. I just picked up a jug of 4/10 a from these guys and they actually asked me for my EPA card. I've never been asked for my ok card good on them, so just a quick note about safety here in the commercial division, these ladders, so my ladder was tied off.

I'm finished on this call, so I just climbed down for the last time so I've untied it, but I also like to set up this barricade, so I have seen too many times. Somebody will not be thinking and pull right up to the edge of my ladder and leave me no space to climb down without climbing over their car, which is not good for their car, but also not good for my safety, so safety. First, yeah choice: hey like Ana static, I love the Attic. It's like a sauna.

It is like a sauna like touching this yeah, hmm nice. What we got going on this blower has been pulling an error code on this Infiniti system for a while now, but I finally got to see it in action. You know what it was: we're gon na be replacing a module yeah another day at Kalos. We are pressure, testing got our field piece, probes, pretty sweet using the measure, quick, app yeah.
It makes my life a lot easier when it comes to this stuff, good tools that break good techs from great acts, and I guess knowledge as well that's kind of important. Whatever anyways, this is Jake with Kalos hey. This is Eric with Kalos. I work in the commercial division they.

I am in downtown, Tampa working on this package unit, a seven and a half ton Dyken trying to find a leak. Currently, nothing is obvious to me, but the source continuously fine. Well, I found what I was looking for. I should have been more specific: it's not a refrigerant leak.

It's a condensate leak that I'm looking for this apart. Oh looky, there trap is clogged City, so we're probably just gon na replace this trap at this point, is it supposedly got cleaned out like a couple of weeks ago, so I like to mess around just gon na fix it the right way and be done with It all right, so that is a day at Kalos, thanks for watching you.

Brazing without N2 moves a tech or company into the hack zone.

On a blank T-stat , the first thing you check are the batteries . A lot
Of t-stats aren’t hooked up to common . If batteries are part of the issue , you would next at least put your indoor
Blower in the on position to make sure you have 24 volts coming to and from your transformer .

I wanna work here. One thing I noticed is the apprentice rides along with Jesse. How long do you allow an apprentice to tag along with a senior tech ? Where I work they don’t do that all, which in my opinion defeats the purpose of an apprenticeship so good on you for allowing it. Service area Kanata??
