Hey Pool Owners: Are you adding your pool chemicals in the wrong order? If you don't add them in the right sequence, they won't work as well. It can even cause cloudy water. Here's the right order to add your chemicals: Number one: Alkalinity Adjust this first to help your pH from fluctuating. Number two: pH This helps your sanitizer like chlorine work properly.
Number three: Chlorine or Bromine. This kills contaminants, bacteria and algae. Number four: Cya AKA Stabilizer This prevents your chlorine from breaking down in the Sun, but your levels might be fine if you use chlorine pucks or granules. Number five: Calcium Hardness: This protects your surfaces and equipment in the long run.

Unless your defecating in your pool you donโt need all these things.
E-z pool helps with all that I recommended

Same order for salt water pools, minus the chlorine?
