So my name's on actually work got some big things coming up, some big things for Burt, a couple of them. First of all, add another day with Alex, or you know doing some service some training, so I'll definitely have to throw some of that service action in there, for you guys, always fun, and that Alex or he's such a celeb. You know what I mean. Secondly, and more importantly, no offense Alex I'm going to Vegas for the first time, so there's an HVAC excellence conference there and it's for educators and trainers, and I'm going with Brian or mostly I'm there to keep them out of trouble.

If that guy can get pretty wild, so yeah anyways, I'm looking forward to it meeting some people. You know some of the celebrities sure this is Bert. With HVAC school you guys still serve in free coffee to AC service. Techs you're, not ok, ok I'll, get a venti, iced, americano, ok, with cream and and whipped cream.

That's right! No sweetener! Okay, cuz! I'm some mainland! That's it! 348! I respect that I'll be right. There Kappa try! Anyways! I'm excited to meet some people that I've only seen online, some of Brian's peeps, some real movers and changes in the industry, and you know I have a great time with Brian so exciting. Looking forward to that, Hey! No I've never heard of that. Just messing around okay, you took that real seriously, all right Boston.

I have a go. Thank you much! I'm ready ready to take on the world. Let's go part of being good trainers sitting in the van mr. Alex or roughing it on his own.

It's a good step for both of us really Hey as if powers off and Alex checked for power. So he put his leads on the incoming power checking for 240 yeah. We got zero volts, but then I asked: did you check the ground? No? No! Not yet. I haven't no.

I was just about to easy right. So go ahead, so head zero there he tells me it was just about to do that. What do we got? 120, one twenty on each side of this contact. So what we got going on is we got power coming in on one leg and then it's back feeding through the condenser fan to the other side, but it's the same leg of 120.

There's no potential difference between these two points, so it shows zero volts. So here I am nice and well grounded to power. Now what am i reading on my meter? 114? So if I touch power, I'm getting shocked, that's ground, but that's the reason you check to ground before you go touch anything because when you get shocked you are the ground. So you need to check your potential difference to ground.

So somewhere we have a break on one of our lines, only getting 120 down here, it's usually the breaker, but it could be melted wire in a box. Moley looks like it's been pretty roasted. That's why it let the whole snake yeah. You can see.

It's melted that whole side and now is the part of our show where we have a life lesson with Burt. Sometimes it's really hard having to watch somebody else work. We have to learn to be able to step back and let someone else have a tribe. Let someone else fall, let someone else fail.
It takes a lot of discipline, our new box, nice, clean connection. We went ahead and strap this line, so we're not going to have snakes coming in here. The system frozen solid up here and it is 1 pound load. Refrigerant, so we got that going on.

We also got this beautiful air restriction going on here with the blower curve of these blades. It scoops the air by the curve. So when you have as much crap in there like that, you're blocking that - and you end up having just a flat paddle that basically is just slapping the air and then in different directions. So you affect your air flow.

Quite a bit. Gon na be a blast to clean, it looks like when it's been cleaned, so you can see there the curve the edge it's actually going to be able to scoop air now as it moves and send it in the right direction. Reach preacher we're having a really good time here today, which recording about that to make sure you bounce over to HVAC school check out the podcasts that were and after they took your money. I didn't like it.

Alright bet max 25 cent machine. What the hell's me! Let's do this hi max bet game over what happened? Is I lost 22 cents that bull that was fake? They just made a sound like my 11 cents came out, but that was a sound. It wasn't real. I got a voucher right here.

Whoo I won big-time in Vegas, big-time big-time winning.

Enjoyed the vid! Read 120-ish volts through his finger? Never tried that and probably never will. Still a good teaching aid though.
