My name's, I should Burt this lady claims that her electric bill has been $ 100 higher this month than normal, and I found that second stage heat wasn't working, but you know we're in Florida Central Florida, a lot of usage for he anyway. There was more to the story. Yes, there was it just so happens that I'm hanging it out Danny were there's more to the story. Some unlucky technician is out here last time at the end of his Road.
I don't want to be next. Next, let's go come on, I'm not going back in this way. I'm gon na cut a hole somewhere else for this doctor. Para not gon na lie pony himself up means access, point key quality service time, you're gon na cut corners; it cost you too much come and go.
No, you do! Oh, no! I don't think so. No way you're staying out there, wow I'm in here, get in here, give me Han for me we're in a mask kind of depends on how wet and dusty and cat poopy under the trailer. Is this one? Isn't that bad? But there was the animal skull. They're, probably safer, always wearing a mask under a trailer.
How many trailers are pretty nasty? Alright? What? Oh, you can't? I said in my okay, so the first thing I'm gon na do here is line this metal rim with mastic. Next, I'm gon na slide the inner layer of the Flex duct right over the mastic here. Okay, before I go a whole lot further, it's important that I point out that, and you probably noticed this ductwork is not rated for unto the trailer at all. It's not weather protected over here.
The black jacket is rated for outdoor weather, so but we're gon na have to repair with what we got today and then vote for an upgrade here. It just so happens that I don't carry around a whole load of duct work with me. I'm doing the repair right and then I'm sending her quote to put the proper ductwork onto here and actually bring it up to code. But today we're making a repair.
We'll do the repairs right as we can, with what we got masking. This can be pretty hard. It's called making good okay, so I'm gon na put pull this outer layer up above this first one pin: do it strap and then tighten it up here and then you could use this Pandaren strap, so it doesn't slip down the spider. That's that's just a spider! Okay, all that's left now is to insulate that why and to strap the ductwork keep it off the ground.
We actually have a couple spots that are inch pinched, pretty bad because uh, it's not actually strapped as high as it could be. So things like this bad boy right here are kicking it when it could be strapped up above that, so that's it for here closing out a call is everything when it comes to customer service, no matter how good of a job you did where they can't see. All they care about is how well you put back. I rotted out picket fence a metal wire, so finish strong.
I think that's good enough, pretty sure. That's good for today think we're done catch. You guys later.
Your my spirit animal
this video is epic. I hate working on mobes
😹😹😹
I’ve learned not to do trailer work. 😂 Are you in Orleans ?
That was a good informative video with humor.
Oh my!! Now I know why people told me I needed to watch this. My name is also Bert. I think Bert and I need to have a YouTube show together. Bert and Bert … 2Bert … or something along those lines. Are you in Nepean ?
Tape the duct before you use a panduit. And use a collar for the 90, don't just bend the flex duct. Better yet, don't use flex duct.
Bert should keep these vids coming
Bahaha your a funny ass dude
Love this! Are you in Ottawa ?
I did this for 15yrs before moving into controls…..dont miss it one bit! I commend you good sir…..that's character developing work for sure!!!
Fuck that
Hey Brian excellent podcast on the beacon 2 with Eric. Can you make a podcast on e2 controller for rack systems? Thanks
👍
Good video.
Glad you made out from that shxx hole brother! Welcome home
I predict huge success with videos like this. Funny and smart are great companions.
This guy is funny.! Service area Kanata??
where do you get a mask like that? im glad you made a live
This ain’t no Taj Mahal mamma.
I would never be able to crawl under a mobile home. Glad we don’t have too many in Las Vegas. Spiders 🕷 😱 🏃 💨💨💨
Just don't loan Bert your nice tin snips
Best video yet
The good thing is that it was dry under there, ever job I had to go under the trailer was caused by condensate drain plugged up and it filled up the crossover duct with water. Fighting with mud and Feral Cats can really ruin a Technicians day
I enjoyed that!
Ugh! That’s one thing I don’t miss about Florida! Good job on the repair. I thought I was the only one who put mastic on the inside of a duct before slipping it on a collar. My grandpa also taught me to put a 1/4 screw through the panduit right before a metal ring on the inner liner to keep animals from pulling the duct off. Maybe a little overkill, but our ducts NEVER came off. Feel bad for the next guy! Haha
Got to love those crawl jobs
At first I thought this was a trailer for a movie Bert life Service area Barrhaven??
Great editing.
First view?!
