So we're here at the fifth Annual Hbac. School Symposium with the guys from Esco Uh, super glad to have you and uh Eugene I know you just won the Lifetime Achievement Award So can you tell us a little bit about that? Yeah, that was actually amazing I I Was told I was nominated for an award so spent 350 bucks to rent The Tuxedo to show up. Uh, just being nominated for the award was was an honor. Very humbling.

Uh, to win the award was absolutely amazing. A A little concerning because now it's like a Lifetime Achievement Award Well what happens next, right? Yeah, Do you die So it's like so so what actually happens after that? Yeah, you've achieved your lifetime of achievements. So now I can do nothing now I can Coast So now I can rely on other people to do stuff I guess I Guess that's a free pass now. Yeah, and that's why you've You've got some some new, uh, some new people here starting at Esco right? Yeah, we're really excited.

Uh, within the last you know, 5 months we' brought on two. Heavy Hitters In the industry we've brought on Daniel Mendoza and and Ty Brandman that's awesome Daniel You want to say Danel Yes, Tell us a little bit about yourself and a that was a couple nice yeah. tell us about yourself and what you're going to be doing with Esco well uh, a little bit of everything. I Think that uh, one of the ways that we do it is there's like old hands on deck kind of thing.

We wear a lot of hats. uh. but one of the things I very excited about is um to kind of bring the the the Hispanic Community Together, we're trying to translate uh, some of the materials. we have some of it, but we're trying to more aggressively work on that.

So so we're trying to seriously put tidbits out there and say hey, now you can call us, we're here, we can help you. That's kind of I think that's so important? there's just there I haven't seen enough uh resources in Span Spanish Four Guys. um in the field. So I'm I'm super excited that you guys are doing that.

Would you sp more more stuff out there? More videos, more materials. So for all those of you who you know have Spanish as the first language, you know, there's going to be quite a bit of stuff coming down the pipeline for sure. Yeah, so there'll be a there'll be a version of uh, psychometrics without cheers in Spanish we're working on it. Wow, that's amazing.

Yeah, All right. Okay, well yeah, let's let's uh. let's hear from Ty Ty what are you going to be working on? Whatever they ask me to like I'll even wear a gold sequence suit if I need to like I You know I'm all about education, all about sharing information and bringing people up in the trade and you know you can't do it by yourself. You need a team of people and Esco is a team and it's not just a team of great people, they work with so much other of the industry.

You know so many other partners that they work with to help bring people up and uh and that's what it's about. You know it's just great to be able to help each other out, get to work with you. Uh, it's just I've learned so much from this man here and that's great and even some of the stuff I've done Daniel's able to take the editing side and make like some simple stuff I do just make it really powerful and hitting and it's just great to be a part of a team and you can you know have communication with people and talk with people and share ideas and just grow. I'm growing already and I just can't wait to help.

Esco We work together and help other people learn Well Well great Um it sounds like you guys are getting ready for an awesome year. Yeah we are looking forward to a great year. We're looking forward to our conference next month in February next month in March Yeah it's going to be a great event. Uh high energy team, younger team.

so aming it's helping us you know look forward and and expand our our Horizon Yeah it's really incredible and we're really excited to be here as part of this.
