The customer experience at Griffin Air has gotten better: hey guys, Josh mcgriffin here serving the middle Peninsula and the Northern Neck and got my supervisor here today doing what he does best resting. But I wanted to do a video haven't done one in a while and that's because we've been working on some stuff. We are going paperless at Griffin, air, so everything won't be able to keep better records for you, but you will also be able to keep better records because you'll be able to pull up emails and things like that versus a piece of paper. You know probably stashed away with a bunch of other pieces of paper, you'll be able to pull up work that we've done through email and everything is getting fully automated.
We're going to be able to send you a text message when we are on the way the software we're using will tell you who's coming, you know which technicians coming and that they are on the way and we're just you know, working on things and ways to Get better for you and overall be better at communicating and the overall customer experience.
