Hey guys, Joshua Griffin, earhart field Virginia serving the middle Peninsula and the Northern Neck, and I wanted to do a video about our extended warranties and, what's really cool, is if you're watching this, and you have a heating and air system that we didn't even install stay Tuned to the end of this video and I'll talk about how you can be covered as well. But I wanted to do a video that talks about our extended labor, warranties, that if we install a system for you that you are covered for 10 years for not just the parts, it covers the labor as well. So if we install a system for you, we have extended warranties that will cover your brand new heat pump, furnace heating and air system for 10 years, and that covers the labor and parts. So, let's say nine years goes by.

You've got this system that the compressor goes bad. You are covered for the labor as well. So it's it's not one of those things where you know a few years goes by you find out the you know, the warranty wasn't registered or let's say it was registered, but you still have to pay for the labor. No, no.

This would cover you for ten years, the labor and the parts. It's you know. It just gives folks peace of mind. There's no diagnostic fees, there's no, you know it protects.

You from you know, quote unquote: al-eman heating and air system, so it just it gives you peace of mind this this plan alone, aside from a lot of the other things that we can do to help save you money, this could save you hundreds, if not thousands Of dollars in the future, you know the average coil replacement on a heating and air system can be anywhere from a thousand up to $ 2,000. The average compressor replacement is in that same ballpark, a thousand to two thousand dollars. The average motor replacement can be anywhere from three hundred all the way up to a thousand dollars, and all of those things would be covered under our extended warranty plans. What else is covered? Well, I can tell you that we do this through a third-party company called JB & Associates, and, what's really cool is if something was to happen to me or something was to happen to our company and we were to go out of business.

A year or two later, the warranty since it's through that third party company, you would still be covered. Some of these plans cover the refrigerant and we even have a plan that one, a ductless Mitsubishi system we can offer you a 12 year, extended warranty when the labor and materials. So again, if something was to go wrong with your system. You know a few years goes by and you know you put all this money into a brand new heating and air system and something were to go wrong because you know things happen, you would be covered.

You know where some of my competitors are only offering you a year or two on their labor warranties, we're offering up to 10 to 12 years, depending on the heating and air system, on some of our installations and so finally to anybody that is in our coverage Area that you had someone else replace your heating and air system, but you still want the benefit of having that peace of mind.
