Thank you and the northern got the HR manager here with us so wanted to do a quick video. I wanted to touch real quick on some of the partnerships, something that you know it's kind of new. At least I it seems new when, when I first started out in the industry most manufacturers, you know they had an array of brands, it wasn't uncommon for them to install or to make different brands, but they all had more of.

Like a you know, John Rockefeller sort of attitude where it was us against them sort of deal today, things are seem to be changing and we're seeing more and more companies partner with one another too, for whatever reason you know to have greater market share, to offer More products, and things like that, why does any of this matter? Well, I think one thing that you know you might want to consider is, if you were to say, compare a company that offers their own products that manufactures the products themselves and will stand behind the product versus, say a company that they've just license the name right. So there's a company manufacturing it, but they're licensing, the name or partnering with a different brand or whatever the case is. You know, I think, there's something to be said for those companies that you know they're manufacturing it themselves, they're standing behind it. They don't need to partner with someone else, and you know, but I'm not a psychic, you know so these partnerships could be great, they could be, they could flourish.

They could, you know, be great for you as the consumer, all of those things, but you know partnerships can can end right. So you know you go back years ago. It wasn't uncommon to see companies like you know, a Sears and Kenmore they they used to. They didn't make heating and air products right they.

You know it was usually. I believe it was an ICP or you know, nordyne brand or something like that, but they were licensing the name. I think Maytag is another one they're not making the heating and air equipment nor Don is Nortec now, but you know we're seeing that more and more back then it was kind of weird right. You know you had all these manufacturers that actually produce the the equipment themselves and then you see you know these appliance companies coming in and and they're not actually making the product right.

But today you know, I know just last year Fujitsu and Rheem started a partnership. So now you know you can get a Fujitsu split heat pump system with an outdoor unit and a ducted air conditioner, or I mean ducted air handler inside and Rheem, is the one making the product right and so we're seeing that more and more again, it may Be fine, you know you might be happy with it. If you were to purchase it, maybe you got a good price, maybe whatever the the upside of getting it. You know you may be fine, but I think it's something to at least be aware of.

I think it's something that if you're gon na make a decision, you know do you want to be, you know, buying a product that they didn't, even you know make it themselves. I don't know something to consider.
