Drives me nuts when I don't care how long you've been doing this, you don't know everything. Read the instructions, please, you know I Tell my guys. Especially if I get a younger guy that he's still learning and stuff. Take those instructions home.
Take the manual home the night before, read over them. That's what I used to do. Read that thing from front to back even though you've been doing this for 20 years. But they just came out and said all compressors when systems are installed if it's going to be 240 volts which most residential systems are that you need to move one wire and you would never know that if you didn't read the instructions.
You know it just drives me nuts when I see these guys not read the instructions To me. That's one thing that'll set a good technician apart from a bad one. Um, because you know even the best technicians don't think they know everything right?.
