Hopefully this works now a little little technical difficulties today, but nothing new for me um, i'm always having technical difficulties um, but anyway, so hey guys, uh. I want to do a live video. I was doing a recorded version of this and i thought well. You know, instead of you know, doing all this editing with for a video that was really turning into something i figured.

I would uh jump on live uh when i got a quiet house which is pretty rare these days with a one-year-old um, so anyway um i uh. I want to do this video. I i have a video that i'm getting ready to launch in the next couple days. Someone had asked me to do a review on the mr cool hvac uh line company brand, and i wanted to read some of the reviews because in that video i actually touch on where you can find some reviews and uh in that vid in that video.

I i give my opinion on mr cool. I try to be open-minded, you know, i think a lot of heating and air guys will immediately probably go to saying something uh negative about them, just because they claim to be diy, and i tried to keep an open mind. You know, as i, as i reviewed some of the things i think more than anything. I just wanted to point out a few things in all that i ended up finding this this blog, that has reviews from some of their customers, and it's not so much that you know some of the customers say good and bad things whatever.

But the thing that concerned me was some of the comments or responses that they were giving because, in my opinion, some of them are inaccurate. They're not very accurate when it comes to the standpoint of what a professional probably would have said, i'm guessing that whoever answered some of these questions are. You know someone that's in a call center or someone that you know they. They they deal with their pr or whatever their actual job.

Title is, but they're basically answering uh these comments. You know that are on their blog, so if you go to mrcool.com and you hover over media, you can come down to our blog and you can find um where i'm at you know. So the the one i found is actually an extremely old post, because what i was looking for was who manufactures them most companies. You can usually google, you know who makes train who makes daikin, who makes you know goodman who makes carrier or one of their.

You know subsidiary brands or whatever you want to call them brands that they make, and it's usually not hard to figure out uh, but with them it was. You know a little bit of a challenge so anyway, i found this blog post and i found these comments and i want to go through these comments, because some of the reactions to the comments or responses on their part, in my opinion, are very inaccurate. From a professional standpoint that said, we are live so some of my uh a lot of my oz that i would normally uh uh edit out, are making it in here. So i apologize for that so anyway, i'm not gon na i'm, not gon na filter.

These. I'm going to read them good or bad. I have no dog in this race. Mr cool hasn't sponsored this video and neither is someone else.
You know no one's paid me to bash them or make them look good, but i do think that some of this stuff is a little concerning. So let's go through this uh. The first comment: uh, you know, the the blog is from the actual blog post is from 2014, but some of these are rather recent, so this one's as recent as may of 2021. So not even a year ago now this is my name is george d.

Flora. I purchased a four ton unit from ingram's heating and cooling if you're not familiar with ingrams they're another one of those. You know online websites that you can buy heating and air equipment at good or bad. I did a whole video on my actual thoughts, uh from a homeowner's standpoint and some of the things you should consider before buying heating and air equipment online, or at least with one of these type websites 12 months ago.

I had let's see almost 12 months ago, so i've had nothing but trouble with it. Ingrams will not return. My calls. I have spent thousands of dollars so thousands of dollars they spent thousand dollars on this.

So this is not you know. For some people. This is a big investment and they're. You know, and some cases not maybe not making the best decision and have gone through four geo hvac companies trying to get someone to make this unit run.

Can you send a repair person that can troubleshoot this unit? I'm in southeast ohio, so he's saying he's had four different companies work on it and now i i'm assuming he either a doesn't want to have any of those companies back or those companies won't come back um. So i thought that was interesting. Mr cool's response was i've, sent your information to our service team manager, so someone should reach out soon. Another guy says hello.

I installed two of your products. They are both mini splits, two tons two and a half ton. Both of them have to go back. I got a high pressure, switch lockout and both of them have to do a reset.

It's been called a couple times and sorry for the weird grammar i'm trying to actually decipher some of this stuff. I'm actually rewording it in some cases, because if i just read it the way it is you really won't understand, but anyway, why am i getting a high pressure, switch fault? I've installed to hear ductless systems no problem at all there and they said. Please give us a call here we go here, we go here, we go here, we go. I bought a diy 36 000 btu mini split about three years ago, worked great until i got a f-zero code two weeks ago, sent an email twice with no response called and left a message.

Finally, got back when i answered no one on the other end tried to call back, and all i got was a user busy. This happened twice. All i can say is your customer service sucks. I will never buy any of your products in the future and we'll give your company bad reviews where i can you're welcome.
So that was from a daryl and i i'm not gon na say his last name uh. You can look it up if you really care uh, but mr cool did respond. We apologize our phone lines were acting faulty last week, so that may be the reason for the calls dropped. If you were contacted in the last week, i can have someone reach out to you via email, um.

Here, here's here's one that i i actually thought that their response was inaccurate. This is uh. This is not a correct response, mr cool or whoever this person was um. A professional would have not given this answer that they did so this message comes from dean b.

I'm just going to say b is for his last name, mr cool. I'm seeking your help and advice. We are a small 200 year old, single room, church 30 by 40 by 11 foot ceilings and eight foot, i'm sorry and eight windows and three doors. There's no insulation in the walls floor ceiling, the church has been rewired.

What type of system should we be looking at their answer? I'm going to read you their answer and then i'm going to give you what my thoughts are. It says ductless mini splits, generally work well in historic buildings. Since those buildings were not designed with ductwork in mind, we would recommend you take a look at a multi-zone ductless heat pump system. My only my main comment, main thing i have problem with that is depending on where this church is located.

I don't know if, if they you know, if they install a ductless system, they may have no problems in the summertime when it's when it's hot and these things are blowing ac. I think where they're going to be surprised, though, is in the heating season. So if they're planning on using these ductless mini splits to heat the church as well, the main issue that i have found with historic buildings, especially ones that are not insulated well, are that ductless mini splits and and really heat pumps in general, really that have no Backup heat source at all the heat rise is not high enough for it. To warm excuse me, one here live burping.

The heat rise is not high enough for them to warm the space. So what i mean by that is heat rise. It's you know. If it's going in the vents at 60 degrees - let's say it's cold in that room right now and you're trying to get it up to 72., so it's going in the vents at 60 degrees.

Usually, your heat rise on a heat pump system is going to be somewhere between 20 and 30 degrees. Ish, you know you might get a little higher. Maybe a little lower just depends on all kinds of different circumstances, whereas if you were to say, burn some sort of fossil fuel, whether it be an oil furnace or a gas furnace, something like that um. I i think the real concern here would be that their heat rise is not going to be able to be enough to keep up, especially if the insulation is not well in there.

The next one is uh. It was the one that made me jump on this live because their response to this person is very inaccurate. In my opinion, it says: hi i am building a 21 about 21 foot sun room in atlanta, georgia, vaulted ceilings, lots of windows on three of the walls and a couple of skylights all will be insulated and double pane windows have low e glass. I am looking at your 12 000 btu mini split, but wondering if i should go to the 18 000 btu mini split, much advise if you can much appreciated mr cool responds and this uh sound almost sounds like a politician.
Listen based on square footage. A 12 000 btu good might be a good fit for this space, especially since your room and windows will be well insulated. A 12 000 btu system will typically cover around 500 square feet. One thing to consider which, by the way, is inaccurate, um the note the square footage business that a lot of these folks are using um.

It's it's that! No, if you think about it, think about a house that is on the water in florida. That's 500 square feet and it gets really hot there and it's got really high ceilings and it's uh. You know not insulated the bus or something like that, and then you take a same 500 square foot space. You know you take 500 square feet again and you put them in northern michigan and they're on a lake, and they, you know, don't have high ceilings and it's a log cabin.

Not all you can square footage, it's not all. No, not every 500 square feet is created equal, it might be the best way to say it. One thing to consider, though, is that it might be extremely warm in atlanta, as i'm sure you're aware, since climate can affect the size you need, it might be a good idea to size up to 18 000 btu mini split, which can typically cover spaces around 750 Square feet, so they basically didn't answer. The question here is the answer.

If you want to know what the answer to that question or any other sizing question, the real answer to this question should have been mr cool saying: hey, you should have a company or someone do a proper heat load calculation on that space. So that way you get it sized properly, even if you have to pay for it, it's well worth the money um, so that should have been their response. In my opinion, um as a professional in this trade uh, that's not me trying to sell something. That's me trying to make sure that that homeowner is going to be doing what's best for them in the long run.

So that way, you know two years later, when they find out that they've got mold growing because of all the high humidity and that you know they find out, they got mildew or mold growing and a back closet or vice versa. They find this find out. The system doesn't keep up in extreme temperatures, whether it be heating or cooling um. You know doing a proper heat load calculation.

The couple bucks that you might have to spend to do. It is well worth it. You know in the long run um i uh - oh sweet, so we've got a few of you guys have actually uh chatted, put something in the chat. I'm not used to this.
I've got 13 people on here um. So i see where john commented thanks. Buddy uh, really good friend of mine uh. This danny says i retired from being a transport refrigeration, mechanic trucks, buses, shipping containers.

I hired a contractor to do my install as usa. Companies will not honor a warranty unless a contractor installs boom. You know he that right there is uh, there's some um big time. You know knowledge just in that uh start in says: natural gas heat rise anywhere from 30 to 70 degrees, yes, yeah oil, sometimes even higher.

I mean you, i've seen heat rise, like you say, 70 degrees on an oil furnace, um it'd be going in the vents at 70 and coming out well over 120 degrees. So, which is why i said what i said about the historic building, because we had a. We had someone do that they pulled out an oil furnace years ago and they put in many splits and were um. It's a really long story, but the short version is the heat rise.

Just wasn't enough that they they really suffered after that um. Let's see good timing, i was looking for at a mini split, so yeah, so you you figure out who you should be looking at uh after this uh i'd, be curious, who you actually select uh j hip um anyway, that's as far as i got earlier, let's Uh, let's go just a little bit further. I have a one and a half year old, 12 000 btu, mr cool mini split. According to my hvac repair person, the blower motor has to be replaced while the unit still heats without the blower.

It does not come close to my heating, my room addition i'm having a supplement with two electric heaters. Unfortunately, two weeks of calls and emails to mr cool support have gone unanswered. I found a replacement motor through a third party supplier. I thought maybe leaving a negative comment here may get me some action and a response i'll give it another day or two.

Then i plan to share my story with everyone: every online source available um - and you know that's that. Here's the other thing with this. You know, because i i honestly think that 10 years from now we're going to see a lot more folks doing diy stuff, maybe not diy, where you buy it, you put it in yourself, but you're going to have more uh places to buy heating and air equipment And you know whether heating and air contractors like it or not, it's becoming more available to the public. There's websites out there that you can go and buy this stuff they're coming out with refrigerants that you don't need to come.

You know you don't need all these special certifications um to get, and you know it's it's going to become more and more already today. You can go into certain stores or websites and buy this stuff. So you know that being said uh, i think you're going to see as a as a homeowner if you're a homeowner. Seeing this, i think what you're going to see is a lot of contractors if they're going to be able to take care of you.
So if you did go on one of these websites and buy a piece of equipment you may have spent, let's say you spent a thousand dollars on a mini split right. You wanted to save the you know where the contractor wanted to charge you three or four grand to put it in. You wanted to save all that and you bought one for a thousand dollars and you either put it in yourself or you had someone put it in for a lot less and you you know you bought it online. You bought it from one of these sources.

The problem becomes, you know if a year goes by and you do need that fan motor or you do need some other part. The problem is: where do you get it? You know, and - and you know you take somebody like mr cool here, where this person is saying they're, not getting any response. If you were to have, you know, went ahead and bought a heating and air system through your local contractor by gosh. You know who you can call my customers know that they they're gon na be calling josh up and reaming him the next day, because you know uh, i'm the guy that they're gon na yell at you know um, whereas in this case they they don't know who To yell at you know, they don't have anybody they can yell at and so sometimes that plays a role i'll say as a contractor.

That plays a role sometimes and what i'm willing to sell. You know if i have a company that i can pick up the phone. I've got a sales rep. That cares.

I can pick up the phone and say: hey man, i'm having an issue here. I need this resolved. I got somebody i can call you know. I can call - and you know whine is what i i'm like i'm here to whine again, and you know i call one of my reps: i'm i'm calling you up to wine again and uh and he'll take care of it.

You know whether it be we need a part or maybe maybe uh you know. Whatever the scenario is, i've got somebody i can call, and if you don't have that you know where were you period, you will not have that with some of these companies it. You know sometimes i'll tell folks when you're comparing one of the big three you know daikon mitsubishi, fujitsu or the big three right now and when you're, comparing them, you sometimes you're, not just buying the product you're buying the infrastructure as well. You might say.

Well, i don't want to pay for the infrastructure, maybe you should you know that way. If you do need a part in the next couple years, you know who to call you got someone that will answer the phone. You know if you order it on uh amazon and you get some brand that no one's ever heard of and you call their customer support and you get a uh. You know i i i bought a led sign for our office and it stopped working and i called the number and i'm getting uh.

You know call this. This number doesn't exist anymore and i've got no one else. I can call now um, so maybe i'm uh, maybe i'm eating a little crow. Because of that you know.
Maybe i should have called an led sign company uh. Let's see, i bought and installed a mr cool 20 seer unit from ingrams that worked well for about four months, and then it died just after christmas, while it was 20 degrees here, of course, called an hvac tech to check it out, and he found a cracked Pipe inside the outside unit and leak leaked all the freon out. Sorry i was just worded odd: the tech soldered the unit and recharged it charged me 600 bucks for the call this time it worked for about an hour and hasn't worked since it just blows. Cool air at a low fan.

Ingrams won't return. My calls, and neither has your tech department - i'm not reply, i'm not impressed with you the unit or ingrams mr cool says uh. We apologize greatly for this. I've sent your email address to our service team manager, so someone can get in contact with you um.

I uh you know when it comes to that. You know if they, if they're, if they have refrigerant, that's leaking out i'll, say that some sometimes especially with older systems, if you've ever seen, that cartoon, where the dam's breaking so it's starting to crack and he'll plug one hole with his finger, and then he plugs This hole down here with his toe and it you know, and eventually the dam just keeps getting worse worse. It breaks a lot of times when you have refrigerant leaks, that's how it can be. You know, especially with an oil system but even um, and i'm not saying that this falls under that category, but i do know that there are some heating and air systems out there that it's that way.

You know you you wouldn't have known about this leak over here until you fix this leak. That's usually why if we do a uh, you know if we do a refrigerant, uh repair. You know if we fix a coil or some sort of braze joint or whatever it is. We had to fix we'll, usually pressure it again, we'll pressure that system with nitrogen and just absolutely make sure that there are no other leaks in that system um.

This is a long message: uh hi magnus. My name is david rousey and marina arizona, a good testing hell hole for your units. I re recently purchased and installed a 27 000 k, dual zone, diy mini split system with an 18k and 9k air handlers, one for my shop and the one for my man cave. The system works great, i'm very impressed with it.

So far i have a minor issue with the 9k air handler seems. The fan is hitting or rubbing on something inside and to the left of the air handler. I've notified your customer service team attacks and they are on it. I asked for, and they are going to send me another 9k air handler.

Oh that's good, so they're they're not just repairing the unit they're sending a whole new unit. I will say that: that's that's not always the case um! You know i. I there's one big company that um um well i'll, say their name gree. I had a unit years ago agree that um the system had a problem, and i asked for a part, and they made me jump through.
They seemed like ten different, who i mean hours of testing, just to get a stinking part, whereas these guys are like. Oh, it's hitting something you know here, you go. That makes a big difference too. You know when you're comparing companies they told me, i could disconnect the pre-charged line set from the air handler and reconnect it with the new air handler without losing its charge.

As long as i shut off the main discharge from the the pump and the manifold line, the 9k line set is connected to, and that would be great if i could reuse the line set. However, i remember reading that these type that these pre-charged line sets use a compression seal and once they are tightened down, they cannot be reused. Is this correct magnus, if so they'll be they'll, also have to send me a 16-foot pre-charged line set with the 9k air handler? I have a recommendation to make a line set, that you can reuse supply, new compression seals with and that can be taken out and replaced by anyone. I'm curious what they're going to say to this.

I also would like to see you and your company develop retrofit whole home dc inverter pump systems to replace the york photon ac pump gas pack. I have now it costs us a fortune to run in heat. We have here i'll, let you try it out on my home for free, haha think about it, though. You'd sell a lot of them dc.

Inverter pumps save lots of energy costs. My mini split system is already saving you money. Thank you blah blah blah. So that's interesting, so i'm curious what the response is going to be because he made a good point with the line sets and being able to reuse those.

If you're proceeding with guidance, tech support, you should be fine. Thank you for your suggestion. You might like to find out that we have a central dc, inverter heat pump, split system, it's called the universal, so they didn't actually uh answer that in the comment i thought that was interesting. I'm sure they have the reasons for that.

I can honestly say - and i you know i mean good or bad. This is the truth. I have never laid hands on a uh one of those pre-charged line sets or or whatever we've always done it. You know we've either braised on our split systems or uh.

When we do have a mini split, we do the flare joints, and you know this pre, pre-vacuumed or pre-charged line sets that they have for these. I've never even laid hands on one. So i don't know exactly what the guy's talking about when it comes to the compression fittings um. Let's see, can you do a video of good ones to get online uh? No, i cannot do a video on that uh uh, pretty easy question.

If you haven't seen my video on the pros and cons of buying heating and air systems online jhip um, please do please watch that video. I go through some of the things you should consider before you buy a heating and air system online, uh this digital man. My local home depot has two models: riemann, mr cool. I have to take a buying decision between the two models.
Any advice, thanks um. I would probably defer to your local pro uh digital man. I would say that uh, whoever you're gon na, have install it. Hopefully they are a certified licensed heating and air company and uh whoever they are.

I would defer to them. I would guess between those two options, depending on what exactly you're looking at and the models themselves, i would guess that they would probably go with ream if nothing else, because most of us, guys that are in the trade, we can get parts pretty easy for a Ream versus mr cool again, i said it earlier, mr cool, i don't even know if i had a customer that diy one of these and they put one in their house. I don't even know who i would call to get parts i i would assume i would have to call mr cool, but i don't really know um and i have a. I do have a supplier that i can give them.

You know, regardless of the brand. I can usually say you know, even though this particular supplier sells brand x. I can say: hey i've got brand y over here, it's not under warranty, so we don't have to worry about that. But i want to you know, get this part.

Can you get it and sometimes they'll, take the the bull by the horns and go on that wild goose chase of sometimes finding these hard to find parts which is nice? So if that were to happen with mr cool, then maybe that's. That's probably what i would do, but god bless them. You know, god bless them, trying to find that part and who they would actually call or or contact. I don't know, i don't know who that would be uh this one says good day we purchased your 18k diy last year and so far greatly pleased with the unit.

So, as i said, i would i would if whether it's good or bad, i don't really care. I'm just curious what more more curious of what their response is going to be. Sometimes the question i have is that when the louvers move down and up and down, i can hear a noticeable ratcheting sound as from the gearing mechanism. I don't remember it making any sound when it was first installed.

Should i apply some lubricant to the ends of the louvers, or is this normal, while it should not be a concern in regards to performance? If you would like to apply lubricant and assist assist in stopping the sound, then it should be fine. I would uh as a pro i would be. I would want to know what's actually making the sound um you know they uh. Could it could very well be something as simple as it does need a little bit of um? I i personally i'll use plumber's grease on a lot of things um, because it's basically like vaseline or some sort of like you know petroleum jelly type deal where you know.
If you were to spray, say wd-40 on it. You know within a month or two. It might go back to doing it again, whereas if you were to put a little plumber's grease on there, you know it might be a good permanent fix uh. Let's see ingram's getting a lot of uh a lot and this one uh this.

This comment was made. Just a couple weeks ago, on march 17 2022., i purchased a mr cool unit through ingrams on february, 2nd groundhog day. It's my also my daughter's birthday with the intent of and install in in april, when it warms back up very professional, knowledgeable, sales, professional, gary scott unpacked, the boxes to get a look at the components. Shipped ups, all good, except one fitting on the line set, was a little sloppy.

Not a deal breaker and checking out reviews before purchasing seems like a lot of pride in company and staff. I mailed the problem with pictures within a half hour was contacted and formed a ticket was sent to sales. He called me all taking care of would be receive a new sorry, i'm reading the way that wrote it receive a 20 onset free of charge and keep the line other line set. Thank you for your business, gary scott and all the are excellent carl um.

So this it sounds like a customer that you know they had something wrong when it came in and they did get them taken care of. So that's good um hi. We are considering a 12 000 btu 115 volt unit for use in our rv with lithium ion batteries. We can calculate the wattage, of course, but would appreciate some kind of real world numbers, but that i mean from a cold start.

Should we expect the unit to draw 20 amps to 2300 watts? What please - and i understand that this all depends on the environment? What kind of normal range we might see at the unit use? We are in north central florida. So while it is still florida and 80s temps are normal, we are not down south either many thanks oliver and then they gave them a page. You may be interested in diys performance specs, located in our documentation. Page diy should be able to work well in that environment.

So i'm going to put this link in our chat in case any of you care to see it um. Let's see some of you guys are commenting. Okay, riemann is a good choice with a pro for installation. Yes, digital, please get a pro yo the couple dollars you might spend on trying to do one of these yourself.

I know that, as i said earlier, a lot of the stuff we do is not that hard heating and air um, unlike other guys that do what we do. It's not hard. I don't think it's hard, but if you don't know what you're doing you could do something in the long run, that would make your life very tough to deal with in the future. If you would have just spent a little bit more money and got it done right, you know um, but let's see - and i see your message i will get to that in just a second.

I just want to check out this uh documentation page that they sent. Okay, so this is where all of their brochures product pages, install manuals all that good stuff. I don't hate that that they have all that in one place because uh, i can't tell you how many companies, where it is tough uh, i could think of one manufacturer in general in particular an install manual for you know a furnace. So if i'm laying hands on a furnace - and i need the install manual to know - you know something in the specs or whatever - sometimes locating - that can be quite difficult, uh, just just googling it at times.
Does you know you can't get it um but uh? So they sent him to this documentation page. I don't really understand where they were going with. That, though um i guess they were basically telling him if he looks up the documentation himself, you know then it'll it will have the max amperage for that system and that's what he was basically looking for. What what is the max amperage, this thing's, going to draw uh all right, brian uh? I have installed one of these, mr cool touton diy units bought it at costco, so costco sells these.

It was easy to install and has it at this point, replaced my buddy's central air system. Okay, i was surprised at how well it went, but install details are key. So brian, i am curious if you're still on here, do you are you a heating and air guy and um? And if you are, you know, that's you know kind of what your thoughts are with that compared to other systems and if you're, not that's, uh, still interesting that you, you know you were able to do that, replace my buddy central air system, so he he replaced An entire central system with uh one of these uh diy units, one of the things i will say since we're on here - live no, i'm not, but i am a mechanical engineer so you're one of those guys um. I just had a customer last week he's a mechanical engineer and he was jumping jumpers out.

I was like you better quit. It stop touching this unit um but anyway, so i um. I did want to point out since brian's brought this up. If you catch this video, i want to show you something if you go over, i don't even know if i can show you my screen here on youtube live, but i will turn the camera around here in just a second.

If you go to their website and i'm just going to go to their diy ductless system, so this isn't this: isn't you know the multi-zone? This isn't duct work, there's there's it's very in comparison, very un difficult! If that is a word, undifficult less challenging to install and what i want to show you is so i'm over here, i'm going to turn this camera around. Let you guys see what i'm seeing i'm on my big tv that i use as a computer monitor. So hopefully you guys can see that. But if you go over here, so i'm i'm on their page right here and if you scroll down so so i'm you know here.

I am i'm up here with here's, this lady, installing it and here's all the features and there's the line sets and here's the system all this stuff and boom. That's what i want to show you right there. Hopefully you guys can read it. Maybe you can't i'll turn it back around here, so you can't so i'll.
Just read it to you and you can look at my ugly mug while i read it uh it says, and and i'm putting this in the video that i'm i'm going to be putting out next week. Mr cool products must be installed in accordance with all applicable, applicable local state and federal codes and regulations, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Installation must be completed by a licensed and certified hvac technician. This is on their diy page.

This is the diy product and they're putting that on there and i i personally think they did that just to kind of cover themselves. You know they're they're, covering their butts a little bit by saying oh you're, having issues. Oh you, you are oh okay! Well, you should have got a pro. We got it on our website and uh.

You know, i think that that's why that's on there. It also says all electrical connections to a power source must be formed by a licensed electrician and comply with local state and federal electrical codes and regulations. So i um i i just you know. I think that's interesting.

I will just say that i think it's interesting that they put that little blurb on there to kind of protect themselves anyway, guys uh, i'm gon na, probably wrap this video up uh. I don't know how much longer i'm gon na be home alone anyway. My wife and daughter are supposed to be home soon but uh. If you uh, if you catch this video and you've had a mr cool in your house.

Please comment. Let me know what you think good or bad i mean i don't. I don't really care. I don't have a dog in this race if you had a good experience, please let me know if you had a bad experience.

Let me know i'm just curious uh. It sounds like there are folks that are on both sides of that coin. Uh. That said, i do have a video coming out next week on mr cool uh that i'm going to go through several more detailed things that i did not share on this live that you should check out uh.

But anyway we had a million a million views. A couple weeks ago on our channel, i i tell you when i first started this little youtube channel. I did not expect to have any anyone even care, what i had to say: um and we've uh. You know, we've we've really uh, we've helped a few folks.

You know i'll just say it i'll. Just say that you know i don't want to sound arrogant um. My mentor is always talking about how there's wisdom and humility and all that stuff. But that said, i uh.

I am humbled that anyone would even care what i have to say about anything uh. That said, i um, i appreciate y'all, you know supporting us if you catch this video hit the subscribe button and if you have a video that you want me to do, if you got something you want me to do a video on. Let me know you know, i'm always looking for good ideas, um and i'm trying to do more of these videos, focusing on specific brands and the quirks, because the days of you know years ago, where they used to say, oh well, it's all the same present just In a different wrapping uh, you know that's not the case anymore. There are definitive differences in a lot of these brands and products.
So that said, thanks for watching guys i'll, maybe we'll do this again next week. Do it live and go through a few things, but i appreciate it and we'll talk to you soon. Thanks.
