RVs and campers can have Wi-Fi thermostats to. Control your HVAC systems and receive alerts. You'll need to hire a professional to install. There's no how to instruction manual typically since it's not common to install smart devices in travel RVs.

Hey guys, Joshua Griffin, a heart filled Virginia and serving the middle Peninsula and the Northern Neck, and I had somebody tell me recently: I've actually had a few people say man, you should do a video on that, and that is the fact that if you own an Rv or trailer that is a park model, it's got an AC voltage, furnace and air conditioner in it. Then you can install a Wi-Fi thermostat. Why would you want a Wi-Fi thermostat in your RV or camper? Ultimately, there's lots of different things you can do with it. Obviously, changing the temperature, if you're on your way to your camper from you know, home or wherever you can go ahead and adjust the temperature accordingly, have it nice and cool on a summer day or nice and warm or on a cool day by the time you Get there but there's also other upsides, like there's alerts that you can get set.
So if the camper gets below a certain temperature, you can get an email sent to you, and so I have a Honeywell 8000. It's the older version, Wi-Fi thermostat, and so you can install one of these or a nest or whatever thermostat you want. But as long as you have a park model, AC voltage model, RV or camper, and as long as you have Wi-Fi there, we can get a Wi-Fi thermostat installed. If you have any questions, give us a call at eight.
Oh four: five! Oh five, zero! Two! Four! Seven, thank you.
Sorry what is a park model ?

Can you recomend a wifi thermostat
as for the higher/low fan speed I just added a manual switch.
got it working great. All it took was a 24v transformer to power the thing and 3 relays to intercept the 24v before it got back to the AC and use it to switch the original ground wire to the fan, compressor and heat wires. Service area Ottawa??
I'm going to try and put one in mine with a 24vdc transformer for the c wire. hope I don't blow something up.
