Most companies when they have these maintenance contracts or maintenance programs, they have it set up to where they will periodically do their tuneups and they will notify you. So instead of you having to worry about it instead of when that time rolls around and you're like shoot the Spring's over I didn't get it done before the summer and now I'm getting close to July and dag on it Now my system's broken down and I wish I would have gotten that spring tuneup done. A lot of the companies will notify you. hey, it's time to do your tuneups and it's Pce of mine.

For most homeowners, they don't have to worry with contacting someone and getting them out. They're already on the list if you will.

    Our local HVAC does not notify you. We signed up for bi-annual check-ins, realized a year later that they had not been out, called them, they said itโ€™s our responsibility to call them to have it scheduled ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ Service area Kanata??
