Hey guys real quick video wanted to touch on thermostats, because, unlike a lot of other technology today, so we see cell phones, computers, ipads. All these different things, they'll start to decrease in value over time. I remember years ago that there were computers that would come out and it would have. I mean when i was a kid.

Some computers would have like 20 megabytes or something it was crazy, and then today we're seeing computers with multiple terabytes for hard drives. As new technology comes out, a lot of those things will start to decrease in value, whereas i've noticed with thermostats, especially in the heating and air industry. They never decrease. In fact, they'll increase with inflation and i think there's a couple reasons for that: i'm not going to get into everything, but i think ultimately, they're able to monopolize the industry, because if you buy their heating and air system, you have to buy their thermostat and so The reason i did this video is to let you know that i believe in the future that will change we're, starting to see other folks get into the space.

I did a video right here talking about some of the famous people that are starting to invest into the industry and we're also seeing other big players in business some of the multi-billion dollar companies that we've all heard of start to get into the space. Of course, a few years ago, google bought nest, but we're also seeing companies like amazon start to come out with thermostats, and things like that. So i think ultimately, what you'll see is hopefully you'll start to see. Some of these technologies decrease in value as time goes on.

Unlike the past, i plan to do more videos on thermostats, i'm going to start doing more specifics to help you homeowners to deal with some of the things that you have to put up with when you're dealing with thermostats.
