As we move closer and closer to more tighter homes, homes that don't breathe as well as they used to which you may say that's a good thing, right? it's It's good because it should be more efficient. It should be better insulated. It should keep the outside extreme temperatures outside the home. The problem is when you start building a tighter home like that, it actually makes things like the air you breathe less safe.

    Yes, tighter homes require different methods to filter and handle the air. Home designers and contractors need to adapt. Homes will only get tighter in the coming years.
