Joshifer Griffin air, here with Brian on a Saturday we just love working on the weekend. We just had a few tips wanted to go over while we're driving, hopefully, Ryan, can pay attention why we are faced with lives, but we've been doing a few jobs lately that our oil burners, whether it be a boiler or a furnace, and just had a couple Of tests with oil appliances, the first one is with for anything, that's oil. You should have it maintained at least once a year, and what that, when I, when I say maintained I mean you, should have someone doing proper tuna change. The nozzle chains of oil filter clean it up, make that system as new as possible again and please once a year and with oil stuff.
It's not like the heat pump. Where I you know you should do it. It's a good idea to do it, but maybe you don't really have to do it with oil, but you have to do it because if that oil is not flowing nicely, you're going to get on a really cold winter day - and you know you're not happy. Yes, number two: we had a disaster this week would be if your soil appliance season to a chimney of the pipe.
You should have a license chimney companies. Look at that thing, at least as once, every 10 years we had a chimney fire this week in a home and it ruined the boiler, and it did a number of different things and it ended up this homeowner back about probably 15 grand ones of all. That's done, and so anyway, just a quick tip there. If you got an oil boiler or a loyal furnace, how to maintain tune up at least once a year, and and even if it's not getting a lot of mileage.
You know you might say well I'd only in to think once it's white, the mall, I mean one or two months out of the year. You know where's my second home and I don't use it very much. You should still have a suit up once a year and then and then again the chimney and once every 10 years have a chimney company lay hands on it, make sure everything's on the house announces kind of care to be honest firewheel. So you got anything right.
Sir Getty wisdom for the folks here, so he told me to paint it to the roaster all right. One other thing is that you guys have any questions or anything you know. Maybe we could do a video on that. If you have any questions or tips, put some in the comments, we'll do a video on that.
So so I'm pursuing things like.
