Top 40 under 40. Achr News, which is one of the probably largest news organizations magazines that are specific to the HVAC industry, does a program every year where they select the top 40 individuals in the industry that are under 40. and I'm humbled to say that I was selected this year. I Was reluctant to do a video on this, but if you don't talk about yourself, who will, right? I Want to go over the article and my little snippet but I went over some of the other bios from the other individuals that were selected for this list and they are some smart cookies.

There are some people that are way smarter than me doing way bigger things and it's just an honor to be a part of this group. So I'll put a link to this article down in the description of this video if you want to check it out. I Think Achr sets it up to where you can get access to a couple of their articles every day for free and then you have to sign up for their membership if you want to continue to read through all of their articles. So if you click that link, you'll be able to check it out for free as long as it's one of the first articles you've looked at that day, if that makes sense.

Anyway, I Thought I'd Go through this. it says the HVAC industry is looking for the younger generation to make their Mark with a lot of older individuals retiring from the industry. HVAC is in need of new blood for the knife Consecutive year, the Acehr News wants to do its part by highlighting some of the individuals with our top 40 under 40 lists. The individual's chosen represent every aspect of the industry including the manufacturing, distribution, and Contracting sectors.

So I would probably fall on the contractor side of things. And oh, by the way, I make some YouTube videos right? There are those who grew up in the industry and those who entered it in the most interesting of circumstances. Once again, we received hundreds of submissions for this list and we are happy to highlight these 40 individuals knowing they represent just a small sample size of people under 40 doing great thing things in the HVAC industry. Again, I'll put a link to this.

you'll be able to check out some of the other individuals on this list and you know some of the things that they're doing. I've actually had a friend of mine that's on that list as well. He owns a marketing company that helps HVAC contractors and so it's just kind of kind of cool to see him on there as well. Anyway, I thought I'd go through my little article here on me that they did and it's just kind of uh, kind of cool man.

I Gotta say it's just kind of crazy I grew up in a trailer park so and I started fixing air conditioners along the way right? So it's just kind of crazy. Let's see, they selected Joshua Griffin and it says aside from running a small family-owned HVAC business in Virginia that has grown every year since it started, Griffin has started helping homeowners in the decision-making process on purchasing HVAC systems through a membership site called New HVAC Guide.com so they mentioned that and his YouTube channel called HVAC Guy Guide for Homeowners Quote: I'd Like to be remembered as someone that made the industry better and more transparent Griffin Said my website and YouTube channel are both geared toward helping consumers make informed decisions when buying. HVAC For some people, it's a very large investment, a big decision, and I want them to make a good one. He has helped thousands of homeowners avoid pitfalls they face when purchasing heating and air systems by giving them information usually not shared directly with the end consumer.

His goal has been to help folks through the process just like a Realtor or CPA gives advice in their fields. His YouTube channel has helped bridge the gap between HVAC manufacturers and homeowners who are making large Investments while sometimes not having all the information. Griffin Also has a live show every week where he answers questions from homeowners. His mission has been to create transparency in the industry.
