Hey guys, Joshua Griffin here wanted to do a quick walkthrough of the new code workspace that we got here in toping Virginia and I don't think you can appreciate how awesome this place is unless we do a quick little Walter. So I just wanted to do that. I wanted to step out here first, if you look here, this is our this is the building see if you can see it and plenty of parking okay there, so you can't really see it over there, but there is a ramp for folks to get in if They need that and then you know we're just off the main highway you can see up. There is organic, green and Rudy's pizza.

All that fun stuff way up there on the main highway. So a really great location meet folks for lunch. Here. Several restaurants close by records, and so we you know we just walked back in and so the first area over here.

I just wanted to show you that's. This is where we're gon na have a lot of our workstations. You know less expensive than you know renting an entire office. If you know, if you don't need it, it's our office, you just have a little workstation here, and so it's free Wi-Fi here moving over a little further.

Here's our free, snack and coffee bar all all folks that rent a space here, even even the folks that you know if you're just here for the day you have access to that walking back here I mean look. How huge this is our this is the kitchen. This place is huge now ignore the mess we're actually getting ready for a home show down in Gloucester, but you know I mean this is a bigger than I have an apartment in Richmond a few years ago, and this this kitchen is bigger than that. So we're back here out in the main lobby area and you step back in here.

We have a conference room, it's a little bare right now we're working on decorate and everything. It's still new. We've got a TV that you would have access to. We've got tables and chairs.

You can set up a little classroom if you needed to need you need to meet someone. I mean this place is just huge. I mean I've heard of Co workspaces before and they give you this little tiny closet. Basically, for someone to work, I mean I'm gon na go through one of the offices here in a second, but you know: here's the bathroom full bathroom with a shower.

You know there you go, there's the toilet, so you know gigantic bathroom we're going to put some white boards up here in the conference room area that folks can use again. It's free, Wi-Fi, free coffee. All this fun stuff check out one of these offices. I've still got four rows at four one: two, three offices available: okay, we still got three available, and this is not one of those little tiny closet offices check this out this office.

I mean genuinely this. This picture doesn't do it justice I mean this is. This. Is probably probably 16 feet but twelve feet, maybe maybe 11 16 by 11.

I mean this is a humongous office. I I could have six people working in here. If I needed to you know, I'm like you know, will 10 by 10 office or whatever a little cubicle, is that a nice size office, the cool thing about this office is you can actually rent this one right and it actually attaches to this one? Okay. So we walking in here now and it actually attaches so we if two different people rent these offices.

We can put a door here in between them, but I just thought this was cool. It's a pretty cool opportunity. You can rent two of the offices and they will be attached. You know if you got, I don't know like a massage business, you can meet them out here, you know meet and greets, and then you can do their actual massages in here.

Maybe I don't know, but there's so many different things you could do and again it's the space. I mean I've seen some of these. You know office, building tight places and they give you this little tiny office. This place is huge.

I mean anyway. I just wanted to do a quick walk through this, so you can see it again. I still got three offices available. We've got multiple workstations, you can rent for the day or for a month you know, have your own little work area and free coffee free weight.

You know business Wi-Fi fast, internet yeah. This place is awesome. So if you have any questions, you want to take a walk, clear, see it for yourself see how spacious this is places. I don't think this video can do it justice.

I mean this. This conference room is huge compared I mean I worked at a place in Richmond and the conference room was half the size and we used to fit like 20 people into that. Little tiny room - and it's just just huge so anyway, want to take a look at everything we want to check it out. Give us a call eight.
