Have one room that's hotter than all the others in your home? You may have an issue with your ductwork.

One room that just seems to be hotter than the rest. you know, the rest of the house cools just fine and I've just got this one room. It's always an issue and the first thing I want to say that you may or may not know is that is more times than not a ductwork issue.
I was told by a few companies that it was just the layout of the ducts and there's nothing I can do besides replacement if the entire duct system.
Which they didn't push; they just let me know that's just how the ducts flow.
Might be a kink in the duct work or it was ran in a crazy way to begin with. I had a new system installed and they ran all new duct work, new furnace (flipped horizontal and hung from the joists above on unistruts) and used the existing a/c outside since it was still good. After they got everything installed, they then told me that there "was a pipe leak" and it was basically dripping on one of the ducts from a small pipe above. Did they attempt to move it? Nope. I later moved it myself.
