Got a reach-in freezer right here then I Noticed the doors sticking open on right but when you open it up, they have a loaded full of so much food that it can't Door doesn't shut right so they should always be putting the bagged fries on the bottom and the pans up top. That way there could be air circulation, but this guy's just going to be a nuisance. Service call because Door doesn't shut. See what? I mean Burn?.

Safe food handling dictates that meats be placed below other products. But yeah, make sure the door closes. Are you in Barrhaven ?
Plus…… Open containers, that is a heath code violation, the container can only be open when filling, emptying or processing the food. In this case , contamination from the bags above is a source also the door being open ambient air which is warmer will get sucked in the freezer.
Seems to me there is a lot of restaurant owners and workers that have no clue about food storage units.
Perhaps you shoukd develop a traning module to help educate you customers and their workers.
It would save them money long term.
The problem is not the fries on top.
The problem is the fridge.
If everyone keeps putting larger items on top then maybe the makers should design them for that arraingement.
People are lazy and don't want to bend down to pack the fry bags on the bottom.
I see this all the time at 7-11 , they’ll get the ice merch stocked above the beacon evaporator and product all the way up against the door heaters , wondering why the bags of ice are melting!

One of his job requirements is to oversee the food, and making sure that it maintains its quality. You could tell just by looking at the food in the freezer there was no circulation of air available to take place.

I gave up on Wendy's stand up freezers. They would call about them and I would ask if it's running. If they said yes I would just tell them take the fries off the top shelf and call me back if they need me. They would never call back.
