This is hilarious. So I quoted a bunch of repairs at this place. Um, this unit over here had refrigerant leaks and uh, we couldn't get the evaporator coil. We quoted a new unit and then this unit right here needed a new condenser cuz we had to cut the condenser out of the picture or sections out because the condenser F would have ruin the condenser.
All that stuff right? So we had to do temporary repairs so we quoted a new unit for that and up here today they got new units. They replaced the wrong one. This one was right and it was a 7 and 1/2 This one's a 7 and 1/2 ton too. This one didn't need to be replaced, it was this 10 ton over here.
So this is what happens when you reject my quotes and use someone else. You get the wrong unit replaced. That's hilarious.

Lol, i quoted a new rtu for a store. Compitition beat me by 200$.. 2 days later store calls me to install a 2 stage stat and pull a wire.. that was part of my quote. 2 months later ac is not cooling well turns out they left the shipping clips under the roof top lifting it 3" above the curb all that waisted heat in the winter. Im im thinking they did not save much on that install. Leave it to crop. Office to find a cheaper price then store managers local guy Service area Kanata??

I passed by the local botanical garden and saw they had a kitchen exhaust on a 10/12 pitch roof with the exhaust 4-5' above the roof plane. I thought to myself, how tf do they service this? A cherry picker?!

Yup, had that done to our company too at petsmart. Lol. Their hospital systems are still down, but the store units were replaced by the company that keeps screwing up the repairs before us.
