Question,,,,My Daikins is 10 months old, would it be best or will I hurt the Outside of the Mini-Splits with a Left Blower to just go over the outside unit by the coils so I will get whatever I don't see thats In them before the winter?
The Key is to know what is on their maintenance to-do list. The ones I have seen are too simplistic (clean condenser and check air filters). I would expect them to inspect, clean and maintain the A/C coils, and inspect drainage, (checking the capacitor is a nice idea too), otherwise, I can do the simple things myself.
We had a client that made dentures and used polishing equipment and air filters needed cleaning or replacement every two weeks; toughest job ever!
How often are these Check ups typically?
