Fifth Annual Symposium I'm with the other Eric from True Tech Tools, the famous Eric The Man, the Myth, the legend Eric Kaiser who is happens to be the most popular speaker at the Symposium this year. Did you know that I did not know that? So metric are you using to define the most popular speaker? Oh, that's a good point. Nobody likes him. However, he speaks more than anybody else at the Symposium this year.

So on paper, it's there. How many am I Four four, four sessions? Yeah and then the loud input that he gives from the audience. So I'm going to have to go talk to the guy that signed me up for all of this and have a serious discussion with him when I get home. exactly I Hope that goes well for you.

So typically if it comes in before about 2 o'clock Eastern we're going to ship it out the same day. Y which I'm the guy in the company that's usually making the purchases for the Tex in the residential team and it is exactly that.

sometimes. uh, you come back to us. um sometimes you might need to go back directly to that manufacturer depending on how that manufacturer wants to handle their warranty. I've had it with both and I Just wanted to say that it was very easy to get tech support help from True Tech Tools.com One time to connect me with a manufacturer cuz that was the way and the other time they just sent me the new tool and took care of it because they actually had that clearance with the with the Uh tools that they were using.

So pretty awesome! Yeah, we we want to support our our technicians. We want to support our customers and make sure that they can get to working because if the Tool's broken you can't do anything with it and we want you guys up and working and making money and all that good stuff and not fighting with your tools. Co Um so you know our customer service team knows Hey if we we're going to do everything we can to get you taken care of. but we don't manufacture the tools so we don't have the final Sayo on that in the ultimate world.

but we try our best to get them to you as quick as possible. and uh, pricing is competitive. You guys do have the same pricing as the lowest places you can find it and a reliable source. so we try to have the best possible prices we can.

We love it. And I that's one of the things like I'm fairly new with True Tech as far as a full-time employee I've known the company and used the company for a lot of years as uh to buy tools? Um, but I'm working on bringing more education from True Tech on the actual tools, how to use them, where to use them, when to use them, things like that, and hopefully helping everybody out there know what to do.
