The "Coercive Commerce Cabinet" is the last place I look for reviews anyway. Google is an obvious go-to, but I also will check Angie's List.
Steve Lav said that he got several bad reviews because he refuses to give free estimates. There is a one hour minimum service call fee if you want an estimate. Steve is a one man operation and really doesn’t have time for free estimates. I use to give free estimates only if I had time for it but fuel was a lot cheaper in those days and the President wasn’t senile. Service area Barrhaven??
