Do heat pumps actually work to heat up your pool? Water heat pumps are like reverse air conditioners. They use the ambient air to run and heat your water. They're energy efficient and great at heating up an average sized pool as the days cool down. but heat pumps won't work if the temperature drops below 65 degrees.
