As we see, this labor shortage in our industry seems to be less folks in the trades and I know there's a lot of folks that are trying to help with that and fix that. but in reality, when you have the baby boomer generation who have now mostly retired or starting to retire I think there might be still some of them in the workforce. but you see that generation that that large part of our our population that is retiring or getting out of the game, there's not as many people to replace them. I Think that that opens the door to more folks getting into this industry that aren't so good at what they do.

    There isn't a labor shortage in HVAC, people don't wanna work for less than 20$ a hour. Guy with less than 1 year experience won't work for 14$ he or even 18$ hr. Can't afford an apartment and girlfriend on 18$ hr. Panda express starts at 18$ hr. No skill needed
