I'm curious what it is you like about my livestreams if you watch them?

Hey everybody Chris here. Question: Do you watch my live streams And if you watch them, why do you watch them? Do you like? Because there's a lot of people that come in there on the regular basis, right? and they're always in there like are you guys in there because you like the community? Do you like to interact with me like what is it about the live streams? Honestly I'm getting bored with my live streams I'm getting bored with my YouTube content. So I'm trying to find out why you guys watch it and what you like about it and what I can change because I need to change something I'm going crazy over here doing the same thing for five years. Okay, first world problem right? the other thing.
Check out my website: Hvacrvideos.com Of course we got the hats available on there but the zip up hoodies. we we did a discount for kind of a Black Friday thing. Uh, we took ten dollars off the price. The price is reflected in the the the sweater price so there's no discount codes or anything like that that you need.
So Hvacrvideos.com and let me know in the comments while you watch the streams. Okay, thanks.
There to learn from other people's troubleshooting. I like your style with how you troubleshoot because I also will talk to myself 😆
Yes. Cause you’re one smart guy. Take pride in what you do. Your a great teacher also. Thanks for all the videos you make.
I would like to watch livestream, but when you stream its somewhere in my night so im sleeping. I like your regular uploads it helped me with some failure's. I'm from the Netherlands.
Well I never watch your live streams matter of fact I only watched the video portion of your videos your recap at the end no don't watch it at all but I'm also not an HVAC guy I'm a CNC programmer and a machinist by trade I just have something about HVAC that I like to watch I watch four other guys also. Along with let's dig 18 watch West works South Main Auto I watch YouTube like TV all entertainment. You seem very organized and structured and it also seems like you don't trust anybody else to do the work You always say there was a tech there and now you're following up I kind of wonder about that but the best thing about it is it's your channel it's your business literally and you can do what you want 🍦
I watch all your regular videos, i have never watched your Live Stream. I Honesty would watch the Live Stream if i was still in the business, but i am retired from HVAC. I did it for over 30 years so of coarse i find the content from your rooftop videos very entertaining. Live stream? no opinion, i would be in there if i was still doing the business. F*ck i don't miss the over time calls. I love your videos.
I like live stream on field with opportunity to ask some question Service area Ottawa??
I watch what I can to learn even though that's not the trade I'm studying in school Are you in Kanata ?
I dont watch all the live streams but I find it cool to get the chance to ask you questions. I've only been a service tech for 2 years but ever since I've found this channel my diagnosis skills have improved exponentially. Even when I'm working on stuff I haven't seen your channel, the whole big picture diagnosis mindset makes a big difference
I don’t often make it to the live streams, make I enjoy listening to it on the road and really take a lot from them. As an example explaining how a head master works. I can only listen to so many songs on the road lol. Service area Nepean??
Get my hvac/r cert long time ago. Ended up in the welding field. Your vid’s kinda of nostalgia when I was kid and shit was simpler
I'll be honest Chris I don't watch your livestreams. I personally watch your on-site repair videos I really enjoy them. My mind can stay better focused when working with my hands and that kinda extends towards what kinds of videos I like
I watch for the community when I can. Alot of awesome people here!
more installs maybe?? love the troubleshooting content and explanations
I never watch the live stream live, sometimes I watch it later (at 1.5X). Your live streams are among the few I ever watch. The live streams on most channels are are slow, disorganized with little content, more like telethons, thanking every $1 donation.
I much prefer the regular videos. I most enjoy the logic of the diagnostics. I do not work in the field so I am less interested in the details of the trade from defrosting an evaporator to the bending and soldering tubing.
I enjoy getting to communicate with you in an open live forum, lots of time when I watch the videos I find myself wanting to know why you do some things the way you do, and I enjoy having the chance to ask you.
Honestly don’t watch the live streams
Fridgy from Australia 🇦🇺
But really enjoy your Callout videos see how things are done in another parts of the world and really learn a lot from them
thumbs nails can get repetitive but that’s what 90% of jobs are reported for not cooling I understand
The new merch is 🔥
I don’t watch live streams, usually working, or family time. I enjoy the videos, mainly to help expand knowledge in the field.
I used to watch livestreams (not these though), but these days I don't have the time to loiter and chat. Videos are better, condensed down to the meaningful bits.
No Are you in Nepean ?
I’m not an hvac person. In fact prior to my current job I was in the security field but I have always been handy and like learning new things. I enjoy watching your vids and live streams for the technical information and how this stuff works. I somehow found your channel during Covid and I haven’t stopped watching.
I don’t watch them. I would probably watch them if it was step for step troubleshooting of an item you repaired or replace in a previous video. (Like a follow up)
I like watching your videos because I actually learn things and there has been times where I apply what I learned from your videos when I’m doing maintenance or repairs. Such as taking off the whole hail guard when doing coil cleaning. NEVER learned that before I was always told to just remove the coil cleaning door!
I learn lot from your videos don’t get bored keep doing it l have a job jus because u
Love u sir
There jus few who reach to few
U r one who reach to everyone
God bless u Sir
I don't watch the livestreams regularly because I work in a shop with about 12 tech's & installers, I get all the general shop talk I want and some I don't want. I do search through your video content regularly for specific issues that I encounter, mostly walk in cooler Refrigeration issues. I have really learned a lot from those videos! Service area Kanata??
Intermintly. I go when I need answers to specific questions. Unfortunately I'm starting to get answers. I love your regular diagnostic videos but I also work in the restaurant equipment videos so I'm an offshoot of your field. Another unfortunate reality, I'm in my rut of what I watch. My only suggestion (take with an obvious grain of sal) figure out what your streaming about and title your stream accordingly. Please keep up with your normal videos at a minimum man. You have taught me so much.
No big on the live stream, but really enjoy and learn from your normal videos.
I don't watch the live stream, but love your regular content. It helps me learn from mistakes and affirms what I am doing right. For me, every call is a puzzle. I like puzzles but I get immensely more satisfaction from solving the why. You help me be better at my job. I hope you don't quit.
To be honest, I stopped watching a while ago. Although I liked some of the Q&A. Most of the other content, seemed mundane. I guess because a lot of it was from people not in the trade. But I guess it really isn’t targeting seasoned hvac techs or contractors.
I do like watching your vids tho. I like knowing other people work on the same nasty crap as I do.
Not fan of live streams tbh I just like the educational videos and just general knowledge even if your repetition on same topic I like it. Dosent bore me at all watching you think aloud and the day to day diagnosis and life fixing restaurant equipment. I feel it's just good entertainment for myself. Are you in Ottawa ?
I occasionally watch the lives. But your regular vids brought me here. Watch almost every. Your vids help out alot, especially in today's day of age of the trade when most companies don't want to train anymore. If you were to ask what contentI want, I would say more diagnosis, process of elimination videos. Thanks for the vids man.
I usually just watch the replay. Something nice to listen to on a long drive 😁
Not watching Livestreams. Love your videos more
I know it’s not easy but some live repairs would be awesome. I know you have done a couple and they were 🔥. I watch everything you post regular videos and livestreams. Your a wealth of information and I enjoy learning. Thanks for what you do.
I occasionally watch the livestreams, as I generally enjoy the content. I regularly watch your videos because I enjoy the diagnostic process and the journey to the resolution of the issues. It doesn't matter that its a similar fault/problem as a number of other videos, the process is entertaining and informative to me as a non-hvac person. I also enjoy when you dissect a failed compressor and attempt to find the root cause of the failure. Thank you for making the videos!
It reinforces our troubleshooting skills.
I don’t watch live streams at all
Nope. Your getting bored shows in your content. Been watching forever and I am losing interest in the same ole stuff, just saying. Service area Orleans??
Not watching the regular live streams. I did watch the 'live on site' streams and those can be fun.
I watch for all the information i can
learn, the situations clients have there equipment in and the Snarky comments about any of it.
I am a fan Chris. Your livestreams are very informative and I watch them. I would do product reviews on the livestreams. The videos show more of your day to day and keep it fresh mix it up. Are you in Barrhaven ?
Not a fan in general of livestreams. I'm not even an HVAC guy. I enjoy learning about refrigeration, and follow along with the diagnoses to see if I'm learning what fails and why. Also you're a good guy and it shows.
Knowledge tips and tricks
I don't really do the live streams,. I do like a 10-15 min diagnostic vid. Just symptom, reason for doing first test and second until diagnosed. I'm not even in HVAC but fix just about anything
I would but usually I'm working. I do follow you and your videos are helpful
Don't watch live. I'm an IT server guy and I love the videos because of the troubleshooting process. My life is troubleshooting methodology and that process applies to so many professions
I intend to and have picked up a few, but I typically get off very late because I'm in a trade.
I enjoy them for the open discussion of other tradesman. We're in different industries but very similar work styles and lives.
I watch them after the fact when I remember. Well not really “watch” them, but “listen” to them while I’m driving somewhere.
I don’t like the long format. 30min it’s ok but hours I can’t…
I watch the live streams. I enjoy them very much. Unfortunately I only have my Roku tv to watch them on, which doesn't have the ability to interact. Most often I wait til it's posted. You cover a lot of great information. I particularly like when you cover different parts of a system in depth, head pressure control valves for ex. Maybe on one episode you can talk about the placement of solenoid valves and how manufacturers decide where to locate them. What determines that. What is the function of it. The way you present information, I think you would make it very interesting. Pick different components that you think guys may struggle understanding (H.P.C.V.) and talk about them the same way. Maybe do some talks about how guys new in the trade can form good troubleshooting skills, so they can not be overwhelmed by the equipment (size and scope). Offer ideas on how you go about diagnosing a system that has parts you're unfamiliar with. I think you do a great job with information presentation. I think that's why you're so popular! I know you mention all the time that your channel was never intended to be educational, but, I've learned a ton from you. You could stop tomorrow and you owe us nothing! But you would be sorely missed!! Thank You for what you do!! 😁😎
Initially watched weekly for learning. If I watch now it is for updates, the questions are getting very repetitive. The community is always interesting.
I do not watch your live streams. I have my guys watch your videos as part of additional training.
I don’t normally watch the livestreams. No particular reason. As for the normal videos I watch because I enjoy learning about your process, the way you deal with issues that come up and just learnt about something that I don’t know. I am not in the HVAC trade. I will say that one thing that has always made me continue to come back and watch is the fact that you say you appreciate it and encourage everyone to be kind to each other. Might sound stupid to some but it resonates with me. Are you in Orleans ?
Cris do the changes you want I still will watch all your videos simply because I love all what you do and how you do it
