Did you know that running your hot tub jets too much can cause cloudy water equipment damage and even irritate your skin and eyes? Well, that's because the bubbling water from your jets causes high pH levels. As your hot tub jets aate the water, they release carbon dioxide and that raises your pH high. pH can cause scaling on your equipment, cloudiness, and even skin and eye irritation can also prevent your sanitizer from working properly which means more bacteria lingering in your water. So test your water levels regularly and add a PH decreaser to keep your pH levels in check.
