Help folks with our website where you know sometimes I'm actually speaking to other heating and air companies across the country and one thing that's been amazing to me is how low some of the phone etiquette skills are. No wonder some of these companies have to hire call centers and things like that to answer their phones. I Was in my own office a couple weeks ago when the girl at our office that answers all of our calls she took a phone call and they asked for me and I was tied up and so she just said Josh isn't available at the moment and so they hung up on her. The thing is, is there any repercussions for being that unkind? No.

I mean we didn't even know who they were.

Rude is rude. You can't change that. It comes down to mental instability. Part ways with Rude people. At some point you need to make a business decision to put money to the side for respect. Service area Ottawa??

I'm confused. Who was the caller? Another HVAC company, a vendor, or a customer?
