In this video, Joshua covers a heartbreaking story out of Chicago, Illinois, where an HVAC technician was simply doing his job, trying to fix someone's air-conditioning at a bakery in the city when he was attacked and stabbed to death! Rasim Katanic was a 69-year-old HVAC contractor doing his job when he was heinously murdered by Brandon Sanders, a 33-year-old man. This all happened in broad daylight on the rooftop of Tahoora Sweets & Bakery on Devon Avenue in West Ridge on May 12, 2023 in broad daylight. Joshua's message is to stay safe and realize how short and precious life is.

Hvac Technicians stabbed to death. Heartbreaking story coming out of Chicago this past. May A gentleman named Rasam Catanic hopefully I'm pronouncing that correctly was working on a roof in Chicago when a man just simply stabbed him to death with his own tool. So I want to do a video on this in his memory just to say that this guy was out doing his job.

He was trying to take care of a customer, he was fixing someone's air conditioning unit and of course this happened and so on May 12th Titanic was working when he was encountered by a coward named Brandon Sanders and Sanders attacked him. He was working on a rooftop of a a bakery business and this guy just attacked him and apparently this guy had been on this roof multiple times. The the HVAC technician had had this customer for years and just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time this time. I Think Ultimately, the reason I want to do a video on this is to just say that life is short.

Even guys that are doing on heating and air or someone that's calling it heating and air technician, there are safety protocols. There are things that you can do to keep yourself safe. We never want to see things like this happen. I Think Ultimately, when we're talking about guys that are in the trade, if they're going out, they're trying to take care of their families, go out and create a living and also take care of folks.

It's not necessarily A hospitality industry, but in a way we're trying to take care of customers in our own way and fix their air conditioning and so on. And so it's just a shame that this happened. It happened in broad daylight during the middle of the day and this Sanders guy is due back in court. They also found a teenager's body in his freezer of his home.

Obviously this guy's not a good dude to start with, but if you're out there doing some sort of work for somebody, or you're having someone come to your home to do work, just be safe out there. Make sure you're doing everything you can to protect yourself and hopefully you can avoid something like this from happening. Let me know your thoughts. Have you ever encountered anything unsafe like this? Whether it be someone coming to your home and working or someone that you know that they were actually going out just trying to do their job, Comment down below.

Thanks for watching. Hit that subscribe button. We'll see you next time.

I’ve been in the field as a service tech for 12 yrs & had a customer around 60 yrs old living alone but his parents would pay for his maintenances. He was having a bad day & decided to tell me that he hated people & wanted to grab a sledge hammer to hit my hands over the heat pump!

In Chicago that guy is likely to get out on no bail and possibly never convicted of anything. In NYC, there are many cases where a murderer gets out and kills again within days.

RIP Sir. I had an incident where the man in the home was obviously paranoid schizophrenic but he was at least peaceful. He was telling me he married a witch but it didn’t work out and other interesting things that happened to him and told me to watch out for the pointy eared devil. I just agreed with him, fixed his furnace quickly and got the bell out of there after he paid me. I ran into him at the Walmart later and he reminded me of all that he told me that day. Are you in Orleans ?

Parentless or poorly parented, I’d almost guarantee it. Not completely preventable but love prevents a lot of terrible things. Sanders sounds like Dahmer level.
