Well I didn't until I started adding chemicals to balance the PH and stabilizer. I shocked it yesterday and the PH was low again. I've only had this spa for about a month and a half. I did fall and break a rib and didn't care for my spa for a week as I normally would so maybe that has something to do with it. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Service area Nepean??
