Sometimes you have to manually vacuum your pool instead of using your automatic pool cleaner. And when you do that, sometimes it's hard to get good suction out of your manual vacuum. Well, here's a trick. Put your hose up to your return line, fill the hose full of water, remove all the air bubbles, and then cup your hand over the hose.
Put it in the skimmer and therefore you've created perfect suction. If you have any more questions about pool care, leave a comment or you can download our free pool care cheat sheet at https://www.SwimUniversity.com/cheatsheet
