Primer is not optional when you are installing a PVC drain on an HVAC system. Even one-step glues have primer in them. So no matter what glue you use, you need to use primer on the pipe before applying the glue.

Public: HVAC Announcement: If you're running a PVC drain primer is not optional I Don't care what kind of glue you're using.

Hope you will expand on this in a future video, I'm "guilty" of using the blue cement on my drain line repairs, never had a leak, just apply on the male and female ends of the repair and twist 90°. Most of those blue pvc cements say they dont require primer, for whatever its worth
