Just understand that there might be times when you need to give a deposit, but there's other times that if it doesn't feel right if they're asking for something up front and especially everything to be paid in cash up front or something like that. I Would definitely say that's a red flag and then.
Get your materials money up front and talk about scheduling payments if the jobs going to take over a week… I'm to broke to take a hit.. 😂
