You can tell a lot about a walked in freezer walkin cooler either one that's iced up by the type of ice. Notice this is from the back of the Quil It's thinner on the top, thicker on the bottom and the ice is solid hard solid ice. To me, that's because the box has been trying to defrost itself, but it's not capable because of something that's causing it to ice up majority of the time. added heat load, um, doors being left open.

Stuff like that when I do deicing walk-ins I like to take everything out fan blades Motors brackets just like that whole thing and then just go to town ID I From one side I don't get to the other side, the ice falls off the back as a giant piece just based off of the Steam and there's like minimal mess. So that's just the way that I roll when I'm deicing things. But again, you can tell a lot by the type of ice. hard packed.

solid ice to me is because it's trying to defrost, but it just simply can.

The 711 gas stations have a door switch where if it’s open to long the door alarm will go off until it gets closed,

These doors should have alarms to remind people to close them.

This is definitely from the door opened too much, or air leaking in trough the drain.
When our biggest client switched to CO2 for their freezers some lazy idiot sold them the same size evaporators for their two kinds of rooms, one opens 10x more per day than the other and at the busy locations they constantly have this problem. Only way to avoid it is to increase defrost times/temperature or sizing the thing correctly in the first place.
