If you have a technician that has condemned a system but he's also stolen Parts out of it to make it to where you simply can't use that system. To me, stealing is stealing. If they stole something out of it and they've now taken it from you, they've stolen it regardless of the reason that's still stealing.
Yeah, lots of bad guys out there. I’m about to bust a guy whose been telling my GF that her system is low on refrigerant every year he does maintenance. Had another company come out and verify everything is good last week and the thief is coming tomorrow. Also set up hidden cams trained on condenser and air handler (he replaced a blower motor in under 5 mins last trip).
My experience, its the customer that asks to take parts off of a dead unit!
Dumb video, why would a tech steal parts out of someone’s equipment, we can get that crap anywhere!
