In this video, Joshua Griffin goes through a solution for one of the most common problems. We see in the HVAC industry when thermostats are reading incorrectly on the display. Josh goes through a simple fix that homeowners might be able to do themselves by simply sealing the whole behind the thermostat where the wires poke through. Sealing this hole with even a strip of tape can make a world a difference in the performance of the thermostat taking the temperature of the air.

    So true…some homes have rather large holes for the wires and the thermostat is affected in a big way. Cotton balls would work really well !
