I'm back again. Fifth Annual Symposium and uh JB doesn't actually need any. Uh. introduction.

You guys know their stuff. They've been in the industry forever. Um, but they're here again, supporting us, supporting training and they've brought some pretty awesome stuff. So Jeff's going to tell us about this.

Introduce yourself. Awesome! Hey how you guys doing Jeff with JB Industries I Cover the State of Florida Um for JB So we are an Americanmade manufacturing uh facility. Today we have have our whole new lineup of DC powered A2l vacuum pumps. So still the tried and true, you know JB vacuum pump that you guys are familiar with.

It's not broken, You know, don't fix it. It Last Forever Last forever. Almost indestructible, fully repairable, serviceable. You can, you know rebuild? Buy every single part on that vacuum pump and replace it yourself.

Or bring it to a JB rep at a a JB sponsored pump day. Um, you know. Starting off with the 12 CFM Our Beast Our big boy. Great for a commercial.

Chillers Um, you've got a exhaust here just because this pump is moving so much air. It's so powerful that you've got a made in the USA exhaust. Nice. So mitigate some of that oil splashback.

Move into our 8.4 CFM still built on the Platinum platform. Um, only change is a DC motor. So now your pump is about 5 lbs lighter. Dual voltage.

Um 5B Slider is nice. Yes sir, every pound counts. especially when you're you're lugging it up the uh, the ladder. You just said dual voltage? What? What is that? What do you mean? Dual voltage? So when you're up on the roof? Um, 110 220? Um, you don't need to bring your cheaters, you know.

Extension cord. You'll all get you set. Uh, what do you do? You have to plug it in somewhere else or how do you? NOP It's just a little switch on the side here. Oh man, that around one screw.

Slide that back and there's just a little switch that you so makes it easy for you. That's awesome. 60 FM Um, we've had our Eliminator for a while. It's a great economy vacuum pump.

Great price point. a few less features so it doesn't have a a full split T here. so you only get a quar inch and 38 Port Okay, um, no shut off valve here or gas ballast. okay, but great price point Economy pump and again dual voltage.

Um DC uh. Motor lighter, nice so you're going to get some of those benefits A2l compatible and uh, moving on to our battery operated pump. This is our Flex pump so it comes in three and 5. CFM Okay, it's great because sometimes you don't have power you don't want to.

Lug An extension cord? Um, you know, get the option to carry a battery with you. It's got a check valve in there so it'll beep 10 minutes before it dies and then when it does die, you can swap a new battery on there. It'll hold the vacuum. Um, if you need to use the pump in longer intervals, you can slide this AC adapter on.

Dang. plug it into the wall, run it overnight night like a normal pump. That's always the fear with the battery that you're going to get caught in a situation where you can't finish the job Exactly Okay, correct and we don't discriminate. You know you can use other batteries with our vacuum pumps.
Um, so it just makes it easy. Give guys the option you're not caught with with one brand. I Love it! So uh so far just interaction. What has been like most popular people checking out here on T Definitely our our DC pumps.

Um, just with this whole transition into the new A2l refrigerant, people are a little nervous on on what's going to happen. Equipment wise, tool wise. being one of you know, the only USA true manufacturers left. Um, and you know, truly making these, we can customize pretty much anything that we make our pumps, our hoses.

um yeah. cool. Well thanks for showing it off and uh, being here to actually support what we're doing. support education for having me.

Yep and uh, we'll be back around guys in just a minute. They have some other great tools lined up here on the table and we'll go off that next time. Thanks for watching. If you're willing, give this video a thumbs up and drop us a comment.

I would rather see the dual voltage be 120/277 both single phase. That would be much more useful. Are you in Barrhaven ?

Their pumps dont last at all. Even with proper usage and changing oil, they dont last more than 2 years. Doing commercial refrigeration daily, they just dont last.
