Hey Pool owners, when should I add flocculent to my pool. If you've got seriously cloudy water, but your water chemistry levels are balanced, add flocculent to help clear up the water. You can also use flocculent after a rainstorm if debris and dirty water have gotten into your pool. Finally, flocculent is great to treat early stage algae growth and just remember that you'll have to manually vacuum your pool afterward.
