Text messages and emails are my preferred ways to communicate with businesses. My profession has conditioned me to have everything in writing, good & bad. I’ve seen a lot of situations escalate until one party produces communication records complete with the contents of those communications. That said if I owned a business I’d absolutely ban all employees from communicating in any manner that produces records of the content of their communications. Great video.
