I had one of these last year. An awful racket from the compressor being liquid slugged.
They call about water leaking not that, the building is a oven ! 😂
Just keep blower running and turn off both circuits. Come back in couple hours to check once it's defrosted. That's what I used to do since only so much you can test with that much ice.
